 Paige was such a great help through the whole process before, during, and after birth. She met with us several times beforehand to help us create our birth plan, talk over ways to prepare for birth, the birth process, and how to be prepared postpartum. She had lots and of educational sheets for us with tips and easy to understand information. Paige was fantastic help day of birth and worked hard to help me have the birth I wanted, both with the communication style she used, providing me food and water, and lots of counter pressure! She took photos to help me remember the day and made us a homemade meal to eat after birth. She made us additional meals for her visits after birth and helped with our baby and around the house to help us have stress free days. She even made a cute sign with our baby's name on it for us! We are so happy we found her to help overall make the birth of our first child the experience we had hoped for.

Paige is a a true visionary who deeply understands the importance of doula support and nourishment. She is caring, thoughtful, makes the best dishes(!!) and we are SO lucky & grateful to have her in our community. ??
