I cannot recommend Jennifer highly enough. From the day I returned home from the hospital with my newborn daughter, Jennifer was a calming, supportive, and nurturing presence in our lives. As my daytime postpartum doula, she not only provided incredible care for my baby but also gave me the emotional support and practical help I desperately needed during those early months.

Jennifer has a natural gift with infants — she was gentle, attentive, and completely in tune with my daughter's needs. She allowed me the space to rest, recover, and regain confidence in myself as a new parent. Just as importantly, she looked after me — checking in on my mental health, listening without judgment, and helping around the house in ways that made a huge difference.

Her warmth, professionalism, and quiet strength made her an essential part of my postpartum journey. I truly don’t know how I would have gotten through those early days without her. If you're considering hiring a postpartum doula, Jennifer is everything you could hope for and more.

Jennifer was a huge help after the birth of our second child. She was a part of some big events with us - first baths, doctor visits, family pictures, personal obstacles. Her assistance with our family will be remembered and appreciated forever. Jennifer was a great sounding board for obstacles that we were facing. There were many times we just talked which will remain valuable to us forever as it helped get our minds away from some hard times. She was great at providing information and connecting us with others she had in her network when we were in search of providers. Jennifer's cooking was a massive help to our family. Her delicious cooking and healthy recipes got us through many days. We would highly recommend Jennifer for postpartum services.

Jennifer from Lean on Me Westchester Doula was an incredible asset and help to me as we transitioned with a new baby to a family of 4. She was great with making sure that all of my needs, as well as our family's needs, were met, and she loved our furbaby as well. I highly recommend her to anyone who will be having a baby and will need a postpartum doula.

We love Jennifer and could not have survived the early postpartum period without her. She was supportive but before the birth of our twins and most importantly after. We leaned on her heavily in the beginning weeks when we were learning to parent not only one baby but two! She was a great sounding board and constantly provided great tips that would help with taking care of our babies. On top of that, she is an excellent cook and baker, and we ate very well when she was around. She also did baby 101 with us: bathing, swaddling, pacifier use, shh’ing techniques,’ etc. She also connected us with overnight support on extremely short notice thanks to her very large network of caretakers. We will never forget her kindness, empathy, patience, work ethic, and care that she provided our girls; if we could hire her again, we would! You will not go wrong in hiring Jenn for post-partum

Where do we even start? Our family can't say enough nice things about Jenn! It was invaluable to have someone come into our home on a weekly basis to help with our newborn son that wasn't a family member, but someone you trusted just the same.

We most appreciated Jenn's flexibility - whether we needed her to show us how to bathe the baby or clip his nails, or bounce ideas off of, make endless snacks and meals or simply just to watch the baby so we could take a nap or run an errand, it was all so neccesary!

We can't reccomend Jenn enough - she made our first two months postpartum with our first baby feel like we had things handled!

Jennifer is so incredible at what she does. I hired her prior to the birth of my third child. She was there for me in innumerable ways both before and after my delivery. I had never before had a doula and was a little clueless about the arrangement. She almost immediately made me feel at ease at such a vulnerable and trying time. (Breastfeeding and taking care of a newborn with two older kids who also needed me.) She is a fantastic cook and baker! She brought over a fabulous cookbook and made several recipes from it. She was a sounding board and a great listener. She was so supportive of me; physically, mentally, etc. She is warm, empathetic, intelligent, and so nice to have around! She is such a natural nurturer and caregiver and I considered myself lucky to have found her via instagram. She truly cares about her clients and it shows. She also found me amazing overnight suport through her vast network of friends/colleagues. 10/10 totally recommend!

Jennifer was a god send for my family. I ended up having emergency surgery following my birth so I came home with with a c-section type scar and limited mobility. I am a person who has a hard time asking for help but Jennifer was really great at getting me to sit and relax while she took care of us. I was so grateful for her! I would recommend her to anyone looking for a doula.

The best thing about Jennifer is how she made my family feel. We trusted her care of our little one, felt confident that she was doing the right thing, and appreciated the advice and warmth she showed us when we were together. Couldn't recommend Jennifer more; she is kind, caring, and knew exactly what we needed. She helped us out for 2 months with our baby in a time we were getting little sleep and I was still recovering. She offered helpful advice, cooked delicious meals, and was a wonderful support to our family.

Jennifer was amazing, she really helped us out tremendously postpartum. She has such a calming nature and very easy to talk to. She helped me with some breast feeding tips that made the transition to breast feeding easier. I still reach out to her with questions and she is still willing to help. I am so grateful for her

I was Jennifer's client for ten weeks starting when my son was three weeks old, and once I went back to work she returned to help my husband two days a week during his parental leave.

We love Jennifer! She's personable, empathetic, and no-nonsense - a natural doula. My husband and I were both pretty clueless about infant care when our son was born, and Jen was an unflagging source of moral and practical support. She put the baby down for countless naps, cooked meals, organized baby stuff, did laundry, offered helpful tips and recommendations, etc. Before I was even officially her client, she put me in touch with a wonderful lactation consultant when I developed mastitis. Without their help, I think I would have given up on breastfeeding a long time ago (my son is now a nursing champ).

Being able to relax and enjoy these first few months with my baby has meant the world to me. If we ever have another, I'm letting her know the MINUTE we find out the due date to make sure we get on her schedule!
