We couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Catherina as our birthing doula. We chose her for her calm vibe and deep knowledge about birth, lactation, and newborn care. She truly came through. On top of that, Catherina was easy to get along with, approachable, and incredibly thoughtful. During a long, tough labor, she was right there, offering the perfect mix of soothing and encouragement. She helped us through every unpredictable moment. From preparing us for birth to being by our side when it mattered most, Catherina made us feel calm, informed, and ready.

My husband and I were on the fence about working with a Doula - it didn’t seem like our thing. We had friends who had had good experiences and encouraged us to interview a few since this was our first child and my husband is very queasy when it comes to hospital stays, blood, needles, to put it plainly, he faints. 

When we met Catherina we knew instantly that she would make that day run as smooth as possible. She is organized, knowledgeable and friendly. She answered all our questions throughly and knew a lot about the medical procedures that could take place. We both really wanted a baby, but the actual day seemed terrifying. 

On the day of the birth, Catherina anticipated all our needs, explained things when the doctors and nurses didn’t always have the time, and talked through all of our anxieties (and there were many). We had worried about this day for a long time and it was the happiest of both our lives and we’re grateful for the role that she played in it - Cant recommend more highly.
