We had a great experience with Leticia and we highly recommend her! Leticia met with us before the baby was born to help us get ready, and the things she recommended getting more of (extra onesies, changing pads) all turned out to be super helpful. She was great with the baby -- we think she got our baby to love bath time! -- and was incredibly helpful and supportive to my husband and me. Knowing we could go to her with any question every night made the first two months so much less stressful. She helped us with breastfeeding, finding the right nipples for bottle feed, setting up a routine, bathing, and much more. Anyone will be lucky to have Leticia!

Leticia is an absolute professional and took care of our baby and me with such care and poise. Our little girl came 5 weeks early and I had some complications following delivery that made my recovery more challenging. As an anxious first time mom, it was so comforting to know that I could trust Leticia and truly rely on her to help care for our baby. She was always on time, had helpful suggestions as we navigated postpartum, and was so encouraging and supportive. I'm so grateful for her time with us!

Leticia was wonderful to work with in the first days after our son's birth. She was always kind, helpful and professional. She helped us settle in from the hospital, and recommended a few last minute items we had not thought to purchase. She really helped me get comfortable with breastfeeding, and also took the time to make sure I was taken care of, checking in on my sleep and making sure I had water and snacks while I was breastfeeding in the middle of the night. Leticia helped us feel comfortable and more confident and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a postpartum doula.

Leticia has been the best thing that has happened to our family and our newborn. She is so kind, thoughtful, thorough, and smart. And most of all, we trust her implicitly with our newborn and family. She has been a guiding light and has offered so much wonderful insight and input throughout our time with her - we will forever be thankful for Leticia!!

It's hard to put into words just how highly I recommend Letitia when it comes to caring for children. Letitia (or Tis as my son calls her) started with us when my son was around 18 months old. She was our first nanny and the first person other than family to watch him. She quickly became my son's favorite person and is still years later considered part of our family. She worked with us for a year in a nanny share with another nearby family.

Hiring Letitia is without exaggeration like hitting the jack pot. She's reliable, consistent, communicative, thoughtful and truly cares about the learning and growth of those in her care. I worked from home when she was with us and witnessed first hand how great she is at what she does. On a regular basis Letitia would show up with arts and crafts projects for the kids or would send me links to different paints or activities she wanted to try with them. She never showed up just to get through the day and go home, she made every day special and I'm so grateful to her for that. On Easter that year she set up an egg hunt and decorated the back yard for the kids while they napped. The excited toddler squeals coming from the yard were especially loud that afternoon. I was pregnant when Letitia first started and when my daughter was born early, Letitia came over late at night and stayed at our home with our son for 3 days until we were home from the hospital. She was a life saver and played a huge role in helping transition our 2 year old into life as an older brother. As an added bonus, Letitia is great with a camera and sent me regular photos throughout each day. Some of my favorite photos of that year are ones that Letitia took.

All this is the say that she is really great at what she does and I consider my family very lucky that we found her and got the chance to know and work with her. 10/10 highly recommend!

Leticia was amazing.  As first time parents, we had been advised by many people to get a postpartum night doula, but didn't fully know what to expect.  Leticia's help was invaluable, and was better than we possibly could have hoped for.  

She was professional and great with our baby, which is the most important thing.  We very quickly felt comfortable leaving our brand new baby in her care - she new exactly what to do in pretty much any circumstance that arose (often more than we did), but she never failed to consult with us and to ensure that we knew what was going on.  

Beyond her skill and professionalism, her knowledge base was incredible.  She was well-versed on various medical issues (she pointed out things for us to raise with our pediatrician that we wouldn't have thought were an issue).  She also has detailed knowledge of various baby products and brands, and was able to advise us on tools or techniques we could use to address various issues.  We ended up purchasing 3 items on her recommendation, all of which were really helpful.  

I would strongly recommend Leticia to any new parent.

Leticia was an incredible night nurse for our newborn baby and gave us so much peace of mind and support in those early weeks. 

We wanted someone to take care of our baby to maximize our sleep in the first month postpartum, but ended up leaning on Leticia for so much more than that even though this was our second child. She provided such great advice for proper sleep habits, tips to minimize our son's reflux, breastfeeding support for latching and feeding positions, a daytime feeding schedule to stretch his night feedings (which worked much better than the schedules provided by sleep experts we used before), and so much more. 

Leticia is a true professional with a wealth of experience to offer. She made my postpartum experience exponentially better and I'm so grateful for her support.

Leticia is someone you want in your corner when you come home from the hospital with a newborn. We had a 5.5 lb child, are first-time parents, and needed help in the first few days home from the hospital and beyond. Leticia showed up for us in so many ways in those early days. We were able to get some much-needed rest during the first few weeks. Beyond that, Leticia provided extensive support as a Newborn Care Specialist. She provided advice and help with pumping and breastfeeding, identified potential issues early on, and suggested solutions. 

Her approach was always collaborative and wanting to work in partnership with us as a family. She was warm, friendly, and approachable - while she always suggested best practices based on her extensive experience, it never felt heavy-handed. We would absolutely love to work with Leticia again for future babies, and recommend her highly.
