I'm a mother of three adult children and have personally experienced an epidural, non-medicated and pitocin-induced birth. I believe that as women, we are inherently designed to give birth – with a deep, intuitive instinct that, when we feel safe, fully supported, and can move about to find comfort during labor, enables us to give birth with minimal interventions and less pain. That being said, I completely support your personal decisions regarding your birth, and I would love the opportunity to support you in making your birth experience everything you want it to be.

Fee Details

My fee includes a complimentary initial interview; two prenatal visits where we discuss pregnancy and birth and practice coping strategies and pain management techniques. I offer ongoing communication and support throughout your pregnancy via text, phone or email to answer questions, offer emotional support and provide you with information or referrals as you need them. I’ll be on call 24/7 two weeks before your due date until your delivery. I provide dedicated, caring support via phone during early labor; continuous, caring in-person support during active labor; and 2 to 3 hours of postpartum support and breastfeeding assistance after your baby's birth. I offer a postpartum home visit a few weeks after your baby's birth to check on you and baby and answer any questions you may have. My fee also includes the use of an OB TENS unit for help with pain relief during labor, and any candid photos or videos I take of your labor and birth, as permitted.
