Lihi was our doula for our first baby, born just very recently! My husband and I really appreciated how knowledgeable she was about different processes and interventions for whichever kind of birth you wanted/hoped for, how she’d check in with us during my pregnancy, and how well she helped my husband’s hospital anxiety! We highly recommend Lihi as our doula, she really cares for the people/families in her rotation.

Lihi has felt like a real addition to our family. She came into our post partum season and provided comfort, compassion, and a genuine investment in our son and supporting us in working together as a family. Lihi seamlessly provided encouragement while also helping me develop the confidence to parent in a way that aligned with my values. Lihi is incredibly gifted with infants/babies and I felt such an ease in having her support me in caring for my son. We couldn't recommend her highly enough and we will forever be grateful for her presence in our family.

Lihi has been more than a Doula. She is kind, sweet & empathic with the baby and their family. As a first-time mom, it is nice to find the support and great dynamic during and after labor. My experience went from great to awesome and we are so thankful for her experience and skills. Highly recommend!

Lihi was an absolute star. She helped us immensely during the post partum phase with our newborn. We had her on several occasions overnight and she really helped get us some rest. She took excellent care of our newborn and helped us troubleshoot her sleep. I can't recommend her enough. Every night, no matter what state babe was in, she would take over and get her to sleep easily. I called her my baby whisperer. I highly recommend her to anyone and we are so grateful for her support and kindness :)

Lihi is sweet and funny and considerate without judgement. She is empathetic and patient. Being a mom herself makes her an ideal Doula as she can relate on every level. 

Having a Doula was a life changer and I would recommend this to anyone. Discussing my birth plan in advance with an advocate allowed me to take comfort in knowing someone was looking out for me, who wasn't emotionally hijacked when I was in delivery. Because of this, my Doula was able to negotiate an 80% reduction in morphine for my emergency delivery and that was enough for me to get through it! I was so grateful to her for understanding what I needed and being my rock when I coudln't speak for myself. My husband wasn't a very hands-on guy, so having her was a blessing. And the foot rubs and funny stories while I was in labour were fantastic! It's also a great way to keep your mother (or mother-in-law) out of the hospital rooms as they limit it to 2 people in most places. I also had a Doula present ofr my secind delivery, which was an emergency C-section. I felt calm knowing she was there looking out for me. 

The after care visit, especially for a new mom, is critical as there is so much confusion and nervousness in the beginning. Having an expereinced professional and fellow mom is such a gift!

If you are looking for a doula, Lihi is beyond the best! I had the experience of using her services for postpartum support. She was professional, kind, and has a gentle yet informative approach to breastfeeding and caring for babies. She was able to let me regain my sleep while watching our daughter. I will definitely be using her services again in the near future! Thank you Lihi for all your support and help during such a tough and vulnerable time.

Lihi is an absolutely beautiful person,  inside and out! I feel so grateful that she was with me through my pregnancy as well as postpartum. She was always so knowledgeable and I always felt listed to and cared for through our whole time together. The physical and mental help that she provided us with was absolutely invaluable! The lovely Lehi accompanied me during my pregnancy, and also after the birth! I felt that I had support and a listening ear for everything I needed! Gave me tips and recommendations that after I applied them they really helped me! The escort was personal and felt like family! She understood and contained me even in my crises. To this day she is interested in my child's well-being and it just warms my heart! She was available to me every moment I needed her:) I highly recommend her to every pregnant woman and new mother if you want a lovely pregnancy and birth experience:)
