From our first meeting with Mariah, it was clear that she was highly knowledgeable and deeply passionate about her work. She took the time to get to know us, understanding our birth preferences, concerns, and hopes for the delivery. Her extensive knowledge of births was evident in every conversation, as she patiently answered our myriad of questions and provided us with invaluable information. Mariah's ability to explain complex medical terms and procedures in a way that was accessible and reassuring was a testament to her expertise and experience.

As the due date approached, Mariah's support became even more invaluable. She helped us prepare for the birth in practical ways, from suggesting useful exercises and relaxation techniques to helping us create a birth plan that aligned with our desires. Her positivity and encouragement were infectious, instilling in us a sense of confidence and excitement rather than fear. Mariah's ability to remain calm and positive, even in the face of uncertainty, was a source of immense comfort for both my wife and me.

Throughout the entire experience, Mariah's positivity never wavered. Even as the hours dragged on, she remained a beacon of strength and reassurance. Mariah stayed awake for over 30 hours to ensure my wife had the continuous support she needed. Her selflessness and commitment were awe-inspiring, and we felt incredibly fortunate to have her by our side.

Mariah's help took me from being someone who thought having a doula was a ridiculous decision that only people who had no other support systems would consider, to someone who now actively advocates for my own friends and family members to search for a doula, due to her incredible help and support.

Mariah was the best doula ever!! We called her right after my water broke and I at that point was in active labor almost transition. When she showed up, I felt awful and she just jumped right in to provide hands on support during contractions and advocated for us when we called our midwife! She offered encouragement, hands on support, and a very positive spirit in the hardest most vulnerable space! We would not have made it without her!

I had the pleasure of having Mariah as my doula, and I couldn't have asked for a better support system during my pregnancy and childbirth journey. Mariah's calm demeanor and unwavering support were exactly what I needed during this time in my life. She provided invaluable emotional support, expert guidance, and a sense of empowerment that made all the difference. She stayed with me and my husband for over 30 hours while I labored in the hospital. My family is so thankful for the support that Mariah gave us during our daughter's birth last year. Mariah is sweet and easy to talk to, and really helped me feel at ease during labor. Between helpful coping techniques for contractions, and just being a familiar face in the delivery room, I am so thankful she was there for us. My husband definitely appreciated that he wasn't the only one supporting me, too. As first time parents, her presence meant a lot!
