Hilda was an absolute lifesaver during my postpartum recovery. As a first-time mom, I was initially unsure about the benefits of a doula. But Hilda's expertise and support were invaluable. She anticipated my needs before I even realized them, and her constant communication and flexibility made the transition to motherhood much smoother. If you need a doula, I recommend you reach out to her!

We loved having Hilda as our delivery doula! I was a high risk pregnancy who was being cared for at UW Medical Center in Seattle. Although I had a birth plan, I wanted a fierce advocate and someone to stay with me while I was in labor. Hilda was a blessing! She came as soon as we asked but had been on call 24/7 in the days prior to delivery too. She helped me through contractions, helped my partner understand what was happening and how to support me, kept me informed of what was happening to me when nurses were doing things and after I had my epidural, helped me move into positions to best give birth. Although I ended up needing an emergency c-section, I felt well cared for and ready for a vaginal birth with Hilda by my side. Her grace, encouragement and support was incredible and I highly recommend her. I'd hire her again in a heartbeat!
