If you have the opportunity to work with Jordan, do it!!! We are first time parents and needed last minute daytime help with our 6 month old as we got ready to move out of state. There is no way we could have done it without Jordan’s support and empowerment.
She is so special and it’s just so obvious how much she loves the work and what seasoned expert she is. Our baby was always kind of particular about feeding and napping, and Jordan picked up on cues immediately and navigated it with such ease. I swear she ate and slept best when Jordan was taking care of her.
More than just being so intuitive and loving with baby, she made us feel empowered and validated as first time parents. I was anxious about so many things and Jordan put me at ease SO MANY TIMES - about baby’s sleep, eating, fussiness. Just having an expert sounding board reminding me that this was all normal and would pass - along with tips and tricks - was truly priceless.
Jordan’s also just fun and so easy to talk to, and was so flexible and went out of her way to accommodate our last minute schedule. We loved working with her so much, truly sad that we’re moving out of state and won’t have access to her support anymore.
BONUS she also is a photographer and took family photos. She was amazing at keeping baby smile-y and not overstimulated, do this too if you get the chance! It was so fun and we’ll have so many photos to remember this period in our lives.

Jordan entered the fray of our family in the early days of my postpartum period with our first child - a time when literally everything felt like a struggle. I was averaging about 4 hours of sleep a night and nursing was fraught with concerns around my baby’s slow weight gain. From the moment Jordan walked into our home, I was struck by her calm, confident, and compassionate demeanor. She was someone I could sit with as I breastfed my son and share my feelings about motherhood without reservation, and Jordan knew just what to say, or not say, to provide the emotional support I needed. She fit perfectly into our homelife, intuiting whether we needed support or privacy at a given moment.
In addition to the support she provided directly to me as a new mother, Jordan also cared for my son brilliantly. She could soothe him like a champion and was endlessly patient and nurturing toward him. I could watch Jordan with my son and feel completely at peace with the care she provided him.
Jordan is a truly special person that I feel so lucky to have had providing me and my family with postpartum support. She personifies kindness, wisdom, calmness, and compassion. I will forever be grateful to her for all she did for me and my family!

Jordan was a source of wisdom and support through my second pregnancy and cared for our older child overnight when I went into labor. Our second child was born in the first, early months of the COVID-19 pandemic which turned our postpartum life – which can already be a difficult and overwhelming time – into an especially intense and isolating period. On top of the relief and confidence in having Jordan as our primary caregiver, I’ve valued her immensely as a source of nonjudgmental support as a parent, especially in those postpartum months.
Jordan is one of those unique people who has a depth of knowledge and experience but no ego to go with it. Because Jordan is so familiar with the realities of parenting, she honestly understands that one size does not and cannot fit all, and is adept at weaving together evidence-based approaches with the individual complexity of a family’s ecosystem. She’s both well-studied and emotionally intelligent which makes her an excellent and empathetic problem-solver.
Jordan is incredibly knowledgeable and skilled, but it’s not just what she knows – it’s who and how she is as a person that makes her so wonderful to work with. Jordan is kind, patient, and intentional in her work. She is thoughtful and observant and readily anticipates others’ needs. She’s a calm, clear communicator and manages to stay present with people even under stress. Our kids love Jordan and I know it is because she makes them feel respected, safe and valued as people. Jordan has been a steadfast and positive thread through most of our parenting journey, and we’d recommend her without hesitation to anyone who is looking for support in theirs.
