The Breezy Doula & Bree in particular was amazing during the birth of my twins! She was very calming & knew exactly what was needed & when it was needed during active labor. She kept my husband stress free & allowed him to be a part of everything as well. She was even completely calm when they delivered me in the operating room, when I was starting to get nervous. I could not have done it without her!

If you are looking into hiring a doula, I wholeheartedly recommend Bree. Genuine, knowledgeable, non judgmental and steady. My labor was movie style - sudden, quick (3 hours total!) unmedicated and hubby was stuck in morning traffic after school drop off - to say things were intense is an understatement. Bree kept me sane and focused until he came through the door. She was so reassuring and comforting. When it came time to push, she was steady, positive and an advocate for all 3 of us - me for obvious reasons, husband to act as extra support, and for our baby girl. As they were doing all of the tests and protocols after the golden hour, Bree was able to narrate it all so that I knew what was going on with our daughter until she was brought back to my arms. She didn’t leave until we got situated into our mother baby room and could breathe. I can’t imagine not having Bree there. Thank you Bree, we love you!!

It was a beautiful birth history with Bree's support. Since the first online appointment until she held my hand, guided me and support my choices to birth my daughter, Bree was always calm and supportive.

She answered all my questions during pregnancy and was ready to help me anytime during labor.

We wrote a new birth history for me, and she was essential to make that history respectful, happy, and memorable ??

I had the privilege of working with Bree Zaccaro, the Breezy Doula, and I couldn't be more grateful for the support she provided. After an unplanned C-section with my first birth, I felt uncertain about my second. Bree guided me through training for all options, offering unwavering support every step of the way. Thanks to her, my second birth was a calm and prepared experience, in stark contrast to my first. First time dad here.  Bree was amazing, we had wanted to do a hypnobirth and Bree brought a whole setup to home & hospital - electric candles, light machine, sound machine, etc.  it gave the birthing suite such a zen vibe.  She was incredibly knowledgeable, and had answers for all our questions during a ~45 hour labor.  Plus a few well timed jokes and a great sense of humor.  There were times when no nurses or doctors were in the room, something would come up, and Bree would simply explain what it was, what is normal, and if you feel xyz then we should call the nurse.  It was great to be in such good hands.

My takeaway was I don't know how women give birth without a doula, at least not first timers.  It's already scary & stressful enough, but a doula like Bree can make all the difference, a true team member.  

And the best part, she stopped by a week or two after birth and spent a couple hours with us, answered all sorts of random questions & did some firsts with us (nail clippings, home bath, some equipment setup, best practices for sleep/feed schedules, poop positions, etc).  10/10 would recommend.

I can't begin to express how grateful I am for Bree's unwavering support throughout my birthing and postpartum journey. During my labor, her calm demeanor and reassuring words gave me the strength and encouragement I needed to navigate the intense experience I did not plan for. What truly amazed me was her commitment—she stood by my side for nearly 24 hours, tirelessly offering comfort, guidance, and a reassuring touch whenever I needed it most. Her presence was a true beacon of light in the midst of the storm.

But Bree's support didn't end with the birth of my child. In the postpartum phase, she continued to check in on me with the same level of care and concern. Her genuine interest in my well-being made me feel valued and understood. She was a lifeline during those early weeks of motherhood, assuring me that I was not alone on this new journey and I felt a deep sense of comfort knowing that I had her in my corner.

What truly sets Bree apart is her dedication to holistic support. Not only did she assist me during labor and postpartum, but she also went above and beyond to help me find additional resources and support networks once our time together officially came to an end. Her commitment to ensuring my ongoing well-being demonstrated her true passion for her work, and I can't thank her enough for the positive impact she's had on my journey into motherhood.

In conclusion, Bree's impact on my journey into motherhood cannot be overstated. Her presence during my labor, her consistent support postpartum, and her guidance through the early weeks of motherhood have left an indelible mark on my heart. Bree's compassion, expertise, and unwavering commitment have been a blessing beyond measure, and I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone seeking a doula who goes above and beyond in every possible way. I'm a labor nurse. And I had the pleasure of working with Bree to take care of a patient. Bree is truly a team player. She is respectful and kind. She makes the labor room feel like a day spa with flameless candles and a loving presence. Everything was calm and demure. She supported everyone involved. Bree was the most supportive birth advocate and partner I could have asked for. She was there every step of the way in my journey from attending hypnobirthing classes with me, introducing me to maternity workout classes and other networks of pregnancy resources and connections, and making my birth plan to answering all of my questions, being there with me to encourage and support me during my 45 hour labor and delivery and visiting me and my new baby postpartum to help me with all of my newborn caregiving questions. She was always incredibly responsive and has such a positive, infectious energy that helped me stay calm and focused during my pregnancy and long labor. She is such a delight to work with, a wealth of knowledge, and I couldn’t have gotten through my Pregnancy and labor without her! Bree is amazing! My husband and I are so happy and grateful for her support. Her wisdom and support guided me through contractions and I gave birth with no epidural in 2.5 hours. It was exactly what I wanted! Incredibly grateful! For our postpartum visit, she was wonderful with our 2 year old son and she did the dishes and folded laundry.  Such a breath of fresh air having someone like Bree in our home. We have a small circle and don't let people in often. I'm so happy we opened that door and went with the Breezy Doula!

I had an amazing birth experience, thanks a lot to Bree - it's one of the best decisions in my life to work with her as my birth doula! Bree helped me make birth plan in early pregnancy, and coached me on helpful labor positions approaching delivery date. On the date of the delivery she used her rich doula toolkit - from candle lights, to scents, to treats for the hospital staff, to her guided medications through the entire process, during and between every single contractions. My birth wish also came true - managed the pain without an epidural, even with a continuous IV, monitoring, and pitocin administration. Recovery was like a snap, I look back at the experience with great appreciation and joy. I couldn't have done it without Bree. Thank you Bree for being the best doula in the world!!!

We were so blessed that a friend referred the owner of “The Breezy Doula" Bree Zaccaro, to my husband and I a couple of months before our due date. This being our first experience, I knew I wanted a natural birth, but didn’t exactly know what that would look like in a hospital setting. Bree took the time to come to our home and help create our birth plan, which included pain management, birth preferences and desired newborn procedures. 

Bree was completely supportive and respectful toward any and all decisions my husband and I had made. I labored at home for close to eight hours, then asked Bree to meet us at the hospital. Unfortunately, rush hour traffic, an epic rainstorm and a bad accident on the 5 freeway, made our commute to the hospital significantly longer than expected. I was so relieved to know Bree was immediately on her way, had already notified the L&D unit that I was en route, while greeting me at the entrance to the hospital. 

I arrived at the hospital 7cm dilated. A little over two hours later our healthy baby boy was born via vaginal delivery without unnecessary interventions. Bree went above and beyond by helping with massage during each contraction, position changes and making my preferences known multiple times to the nurses and doctor when they wanted to deviate from my birth plan. I am so very thankful we had Bree as our doula and highly recommend using “The Breezy Doula” for antepartum, birth and postpartum needs.

Bree is a dream Doula from the beginning to the end of my experience with her was excellent. She is well educated and explained her services clearly. I loved how easy it was to complete my birth plan with her. I really wouldn't have been able to be in natural labor without her help the counter pressure helped so much and her constant support in pushing me for what I wanted. I'd recommend her to any pregnant mama.
