Christina was absolutely amazing at supporting me and my baby after a traumatic birth experience. I ended up being induced a month early, only a few days after I originally reached out to Christina, and she was so flexible coming when we needed her! Her support also bridged the gap with my husband going back to work, until I felt more confident caring for my baby on my own. Can’t recommend enough!

Christina was such a blessing to our family! We hired her as our post partum doula after having our second baby and she made all the difference for us this time around!! I cannot express how important having extra help is both for my kids and myself. My mental health and physical health has been completely different this time around. Having her here helped not only with the physical healing by being able to rest, but also taking on the mental load of the household for me and having someone to talk to has been life changing for the battle against post partum anxiety/ depression. Christina looked after our very high energy son, took him for long walks and kept him mentally engaged, always made sure our laundry was washed/ folded and put away, made sure dishes were always washed and just kept up with the house in general. She also cooked and made sure my son and I were well fed and hydrated, as well as helping me to remember to take any medications or vitamins. My post partum experience has been restful and enjoyable because of Christina. I wish I knew about her when I had my first born but you don’t know what you don’t know until you know it. Well now I am telling you hiring a post partum doula is a necessity! Christina was everything we needed at a most vulnerable time. I would recommend her to anyone who is about to have a baby.

I cannot say enough good things about Christina. She was absolutely amazing! We had the privilege of having her help our family after welcoming our first child.  Christina was there to help guide my husband and I as new parents every step of the way. Being her background is in medical care, she is very supportive and knowledgeable when it comes to newborns and postpartum care. She is so kind and patient, and we will definitely miss having her!

cannot say enough good things about Christina! If you are having a baby, hire her asap!

After a very difficult recovery, both mentally and physically after my first child, having Christina with us made a world of difference. She has excellent knowledge and insight about the postpartum period and how to truly care for and nurture a new mom and baby. She has been very supportive and gave us confidence to trust our gut as parents. She is a wonderful listener and gave great advice for navigating the emotional and mental challenges of postpartum and life as a mom in general! Christina also assisted with many transition challenge of going from one child to two kids.

It has been a wonderful experience and our family has thrived with Christina’s help. She assisted in keeping up with the house and laundry, cooking nourishing meals and snacks, entertaining and caring for our toddler, providing newborn care, and most of all supporting me (mom) both physically and mentally in my postpartum journey. She really emphasized making sure my needs were met (showering, sleeping, etc) and encouraging me to take a break and enjoy my experience.

I am so grateful Christina was here for this journey and appreciate everything she did to care for us!

Hello fellow mamas and moms to be. My name is Carmen and I asked Christina to be my doula so I could have help with my twin girls. I dont have much family or friends to help me, so I knew at the beginning of my pregnancy that I would need someone who had a background and knowledge of working with multiples, preemies and we also knew one of my girls would have down syndrome. She was in contact with me during the pregnancy, right up until the labor and we had a plan for postpartum. She was there for me from the very first day I came home as I was just a few days post c section, I had a 5 year old and I was already overwhelmed!  It was INVALUABLE for her to be there with me as I also struggled with postpartum anxiety. She took care of the babies so I could catch up on MUCH needed rest, tidied up, helped cook, and counsel me when I was unsure of things that were specific to motherhood and MY newborn babies. I felt totally comfortable with Christina in my home and with the care of my daughters. I would hire her again a hundred times over and I would highly recommend her for any moms-to-be.

Christina was a huge help for us after we had our baby. We had really hard delivery and the recovery was slow, so having Christina was amazing. She prepped food for us, helped with family tasks, continued to check on my well being (when many forget the moms), and even trained my Au pair. I would recommend Christina if you are looking for support!

Christina is absolutely amazing! She is caring and kind, and extremely knowledgeable when it comes to newborn babies. She took care of my twin boys over night and gave me a sense of peace that I knew they were in great hands. I cannot thank her enough for helping me!

I met with Christina a couple weeks after having a C-section and preeclampsia. I was struggling with some issues that did not seem to be resolving themselves. Christina gave me some very specific and easy to execute nutritional advice. I was able to implement changes with ease, and soon saw my symptoms alleviate. My only regret was that I did not reach out to Christina sooner!
