Dana was so thoughtful and accommodating. My toddler loved her and she was great helping with baby. She goes above and beyond to make you feel safe and cared for! Shes good at cooking post partum meals too and was able to adjust her recipes to match my dietary restrictions. So sweet!

I was so lucky to find Dana at 33 weeks pregnant -- my plan was to give birth at a birthing center with a midwife team (I had switched to them at 28 weeks) and they told me since I'm a first time mom I needed to hire a doula - I panicked a bit since I was 33 weeks when they told me that information and I wasn't sure how I could find someone with that short notice until I found Dana!!

my birth center plan turned into the hospital 4 days prior to my due date due to high blood pressure, Dana supported me through that change (I have hospital anxiety and was stressing!) she checked in on me every day to see how my blood pressure was until I went into labor on my exact due date

as a first time soon to be mom I had no idea what I was in for, my labor ended up being 27 hours and Dana stayed the entire time and made the room so cozy with electric candles and fairy lights She made it a very relaxing atmosphere and I'm so grateful for that since my contractions were anything but relaxing (iykyk)

I hadn't met midwife on duty at the hospital at any of my appts but I couldn't say I was a fan and luckily Dana was there to advocate/back me up since this midwife didn't have the best bedside manners.

after 27 hours my cervix had swelled from 9cm to 7cm and after waiting to see if the swelling would go down (it didn't) we prepped for a c section - Dana stayed for the c section even though we had to wait 3 hours longer and she captured so many beautiful photos of our brand new family and our beautiful baby girl!!

i genuinely believe that if it weren't for Dana my birth definitely would have traumatized me but being able to speak to her at postpartum visits helped me look at it without the trauma and appreciate the outcome/realize how tough I am from what I handled/went through during birth

I highly recommend Dana for your prenatal, labor, and postpartum support!! 10/10 doula!!!

Dana is everything you didn't know you needed! I would not have ever hired a postpartum doula for myself. My mother in law hired her for our family after we had our 4th baby. Needless to say, I'm more than happy and grateful for her company and support. She was kind and compassionate. She worked really well with our oldest son who is disabled. So if you're in need of someone who is familiar with Epilepsy, Developmental Delays and feeding restrictions, she'd be a perfect fit! She was also really patient and upbeat with our other 2 boys who never run out of energy! Of all of the doulas out there, you wouldn't regret it if you hired her on as part of your birth or postpartum support!

If you're seeking a compassionate and knowledgeable companion to accompany you on your birthing journey, look no further than Dana. She is the doula you wish for when you're crossing your fingers for that perfect birthing experience. Her passion for empowering mothers and her genuine commitment to fostering a positive birth experience make her an invaluable asset to any birthing team.

Dana's positivity is downright contagious. She's like a ray of sunshine in human form, beaming encouragement and support at every turn. Even when things got tough, her smile and optimism were the reassurance I needed. She's the kind of person who can see the positivity in every situation and was there for me when I needed someone the most.

When it was time for the big show, Dana transformed the delivery room into a sanctuary. The music, the aromatherapy, the fairy lights and candles - she created an atmosphere that was nothing short of magical. When my labor slowed down, she proposed positions and activities to keep things going. When I had doubts, she believed in my strength and me gave me the courage to keep going. With Dana in my corner, I felt like a champion. It was the best day of my life and if I could do it all over again, I wouldn't have changed a thing.

Dana, you're a star in my birth story. Thank you for making my journey into motherhood not just smooth but also fun and unforgettable. I'll be forever grateful for your guidance and your amazing spirit.

With love, Julia

Dana is an incredible woman and a fantastic postpartum doula. When I was pregnant with my third child, I knew I wanted extra support and was lucky enough to meet Dana at a local women's circle. I immediately liked her energy and so my husband and I decided to hire her. It's been a month since my baby was born and Dana has already been such a lifesaver. She's great at knowing what needs to be done, from folding laundry to washing dishes - which is so helpful in itself. But what I really love is having another woman present during my postpartum recovery to talk with, debrief my birth, be held by and generally cared for. I trust her to hold my baby and tend to my older kids while I rest. She bakes with them and plays games and they just absolutely adore her - just as much as I do but maybe even more! Whenever she is here, I feel my nervous system take a big exhale, such a relief to have her support. My only wish is that I had her for my first two pregnancies as well. I highly recommend her and will continue to have her come for the foreseeable future because she's made such a positive difference this time around. She's so sweet, kind, empathetic, so present and just a gem of a person. Worth every single penny!

I got blessed to be gifted time with Dana and I am truly thankful for her coming into my life. Having her gave me someone that I knew I could trust with the physical and emotional times with postpartum, having her was always a reassurance that I had someone to talk to. I had zero worries of every not having someone to come to when I needed support. She is one of the most supportive women I have ever met, and having some time with her always made me excited for the day.

I'm so grateful to have had postpartum help from Dana.  She is generous, honest, flexible, caring, and knowledgeable.  I felt comfortable with her from the beginning and her competence and tenderness as she helped take care of my newborn was obvious. I recommend Dana highly and without reservations!

I was gifted Dana's postpartum services by a family member for the birth of my second child. During our initial consult, I immediately felt totally at ease with Dana, and was confident that she would be a comforting presence in my home and with my family. What I could not have predicted was how much my 2 year old would come to love her, and how much I would value having her in my life as well! I feel so thankful for Dana, not just for her help during the postpartum/newborn months, but for the love she has shown my family, for her compassion, her kindness, her thoughtfulness, and the grace with which she handles herself. I honestly could not imagine anyone better suited for helping other mamas through their pregnancy, birth, or postpartum experience. I'm so grateful that Dana has come into my family, and will forever appreciate this time with her ♥?
