$1,000 Birth Support Package Includes: 2 Prenatal appointments (25 weeks & 36 weeks), each 1 hour long. Get to know each other, assist you in making a birth plan, go over decisions that you will need to make after your baby is born, & education on informed consent and refusal. Unlimited phone, email & text support once you sign your contract through labor and delivery. On call availability from 38 weeks. Continuous support during active labor, birth & for 2 hours after birth. $350 Postpartum Package Includes: 2 Postpartum home visits (1-2 hours each). First visit within 3-4 days of birth & the second visit between 10-14 days. 2 Weeks of unlimited support via phone, email & text. $1,200 Birth and Postpartum Support Package Includes: Combines everything from the Birth Support Package & the Postpartum Package into one, money saving package.
