I think I can honestly say, it was because of Natasha that our dream birth went off without a hitch.

Not only was she very easy to get a hold of, she was always ready with answers or willing to dig for any answers she didn't already have.

She taught my husband all the methods for spinning babies and the counter pressure points that made my labor so much more bearable! 

During birth she was a calming presence and set the mood with my choice of music and low lights. She asked all the usual doctor/nurse questions beforehand so she was well equipped to run interference so that mt husband and I could fully focus on laboring and later soaking in my baby's snuggles. 

She is the Doulah I will always recommend to my friends. Everyone deserves a birth like mine, and that was in huge part thanks to Natasha. 

Thanks Natasha for making our experience unforgettable in the best way.

I highly recommend Natasha. She is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to teach you a lot about birth beforehand, while also providing excellent resources for both the mental and physical preparation, as well as postpartum support. During labor, she was a calm and reassuring presence, bringing both expertise and comfort. When we discovered our baby was sunny-side up during delivery, she guided us through the Spinning Babies Three Sisters of Balance technique, which helped us reposition the baby optimally. Her support made a real difference in our birth experience.

Natasha provided incredible support throughout our entire journey—not just during labor, but before and after as well. Her wealth of knowledge and the comfort she provided made all the difference. She thoughtfully answered every one of our questions with well-researched, evidence-based information, helping us feel informed and empowered as we prepared for birth. We were especially touched that she traveled 90 minutes to our home to ensure we felt ready and confident. In the delivery room, her calm, grounding presence and deep expertise were exactly what we needed. You truly couldn’t ask for a better doula. If we are fortunate enough to grow our family again, there’s no doubt—we’ll be calling Natasha.

Natasha did a great job preparing us for the decisions we would have to make a head of time, creating a plan, and overall helping us understand what was important prior to labor/birth. She highlighted exercises to do prior. Maybe the singular most important thing was that she alleviated our stress around being a new parent. After the first meeting my wife and I were both significantly more confident about going into a new phase of life. She was diligent and professional the entire time and supported us with the various decisions we had to make. Having her there during the birth helped comfort my wife and remind me what things I could be doing to help my wife through labor.

I wanted to share my experience with Natasha because I am so thankful and glad I found her! I knew with my second I wanted a homebirth. It was because of my midwife that I found Natasha and I couldn't be anymore thankful. My experience with my first was not the best and a very long labor so I was really adamant about having a good support system this time around. Natasha was amazing. I really probably cannot sum it all up here in this review but let me just say she was there for me through the middle of the night responding to my texts staying up with me helping me progress through my labor. She even came to my house at 6 am to help me progress further. She knew what my body needed. She told me to nap, eat snacks, drink water. Encouraged me every step of the way through my labor. She supported and provided help during contractions pressing in areas for pain relief. Her words were always encouraging. My labor with my first child was well over 24 hours and guess what my second labor with Natasha was about 12 hours in total and large chunk of that was early labor with very minimal contractions. I will forever be extremely grateful for the amazing experience with her and if we have a third I will definitley use her again! I'd also like to add that she brings things to your labor I found that super helpful she made me affirmation cards, she had a handheld fan, lights, and essential oils all to make labor more comfortable and set a relaxing vibe in the home I loved that!

I couldn't be more pleased with my experience with Natasha. She was highly recommended by the midwives we were seeing at the time and I'm so glad we picked her to guide us through the birth of our daughter. She was absolutely lovely to work with and an incredible resource to have. She made both my husband and I feel so at ease and offered much needed support and wisdom as this was our first birth and neither of us had any idea what to expect. Our labor ended up being long and completely strayed from the original birth plan, but she was a calm, comforting presence and I'm so glad she was in the room with us.

Natasha is more than a doula- She gave me unwavering support and she's knowledgeable too. She listens and respects her clients belief and system. She made my vaginal delivery possible. 
Giving birth in early November was one of the most intense and transformative moments of my life, and I truly don't know how I would have navigated it without Natasha. From the very beginning, she guided me through everything answering my questions, communicating clearly, and always responding promptly. She was there when I needed reassurance, helping me prepare mentally and physically for labor and delivery.

When the time came, she arrived when I was 5 to 6 centimeters dilated and immediately became my steady source of support. She guided me through my epidural, helped me manage the challenges of increasing my Pitocin dosage, and was my soundboard throughout my planned induction. She stayed overnight, ensuring I was never alone during the most intense moments of labor. Her dedication went beyond her role she felt like family. During labor, she used techniques that helped me find comfort despite the pain, and because of her guidance, I was able to have a vaginal delivery.

Even after birth, Natasha continued to check in on me, making sure I was recovering well and even visiting me. Her dedication, hard work, and commitment to communication and truly listening made all the difference. While my OBGYN was amazing, having Natasha as part of my support system was invaluable. As a first-time mom, I felt empowered, cared for, and truly supported every step of the way. I am so grateful for her and highly recommend her to any expecting mom!

We absolutely loved having Natasha as part of our birth team. She was informative, caring, sweet, and reliable. My husband loved having her there for the birth, she was hands off when she needed to be and jumped in without hesitating when assistance was needed. She was super helpful before the birth with providing as much information as we needed and she helped create our birth plan. She was confident and reassuring with helping execute our birth plan in the moment. She was a calming and strong presence. We would highly recommend Natasha to anyone looking for a doula!

Natasha was legitimately a God send! I don’t know how I would have gotten through the whole process without her! As a first time dad, the whole process can make you feel very useless/helpless, and Natasha did a great job at sending resources and topics to read up on and educate myself with, which helped tremendously in the lead up to the delivery….which I thought I was prepared for… Once at the midwife clinic we had a few curve balls thrown our way and it turns out I was not prepared at all for what was about to happen! I was so uncomfortable with the situation, but there was nothing we could do since we were already in labor! If Natasha had not been there, I don’t know what I would have done. Having to deviate from our birth plan a little, deal with new doctors and nurses, all while creating a peaceful and serene environment for my wife to bring our daughter into the world would have been too much for me alone. I will forever be grateful for Natasha and her services, and 5 stars isn’t nearly enough for this review! As a husband, and now a proud dad, speaking to other future dads….I can whole heartedly say that hiring Natasha will be the best money you spend throughout the whole process! I wouldn’t do it again without her♥?

I highly recommend Natasha! Natasha helped me have the birth I wanted for my second child. In the month or so leading up to birth- she gave my husband and I strategies to help prepare for a natural birth and helped us solidify what we were hoping for. It was incredibly empowering to have Natasha as a support- I felt significantly more confident going into labor and managing pain without meds. Natasha also supported any decision I made- and helped me process my options. I had the exact birth I was hoping for and that is because of Natasha!

Natasha was such.a.sweetheart!

We had a decently quick labor and delivery for a FTM & she was such a great support during the whole thing.

We ended up needing her services last minute & she came through as if we've already known eachother & meshed quite well. I highly recommend her if you're looking for someone who will listen to your every need, be there for physical and mental comfort measures , but also be patient & calm.

Natasha is a wonderful doula! I am an experienced doula who has been able to have her attend several births with me. She is always in good spirits, a great support, & is knowledgable in many things, such as position changes, Mom's rights & options, evidence-based information, natural alternatives, and more.
