Hiring Rachael to be our postpartum nighttime doula was the best decision that we made for us and our second baby. Rachael was kind, caring and compassionate towards us and the baby. She was easily able to help our daughter go to sleep every night which led my husband and me to feel well rested even with a newborn. I slept well knowing that my baby was in good hands. Rachael was also extremely reliable and we could depend on her to help us out.

Rachael has a calming presence. She was a wonderful resource for lactation and helped me get breastfeeding off to a good start. When I had questions or concerns about breastfeeding, she would look up information for me to read. When she was here, we all got better sleep, and I slept well, knowing that my baby was in good hands.

Overall, I wouldn’t hesitate to hire Rachael again and would highly recommend her to friends.

Rachael is very nice, patient and loves our baby girl. She has deep knowledge and takes good care of both mom and baby. She was very attentive to our baby and respond to her needs. We also like how she gently and lovingly talks to our baby and letting her know what she's doing. She also helped building up a good routine for our baby and we benefit a lot from that even after the contract. Sometimes our baby didn't sleep well at night, but Rachael knew her needs and soothed her very well, so that she mostly slept well when Rachael was here.

We also learned many tricks from her, like capturing her cues, how to put her back to crib without waking her up, and some tricks on burping.

I'd highly recommend her if you are looking for someone to take care of you and your baby at night. We would definitely hire her again for our 2nd baby.

We worked with Rachael as a postpartum doula after the birth of our second daughter. She helped us adjust to our newly expanded family, providing invaluable support during both day and night shifts. She offered advice on everything from breastfeeding to baby wearing, shared quick and hearty recipes, was always available to help with light household tasks like laundry, and provided tips on how to include and help our older daughter adjust to being a big sister.

Rachael’s night shift support was especially critical in getting us through a few weeks when my husband returned to work before then taking more extended parental leave. Thanks to her help, my husband and I got much needed sleep, our new daughter received excellent care, and we were able to keep our house running relatively smoothly despite the chaos. Rachael approaches the work very professionally, has a calm and calming presence, clearly loves the work, and is a natural with newborns and young children alike. We can’t recommend her enough!

We really enjoyed having Rachael as our postpartum doula! When interviewing multiple Doulas, I immediately knew she would be the perfect fit! Rachael is so kind and very caring, which is just the type of Doula I was looking for. In addition, she was able to offer a lot of informational support, which was so helpful. Rachael has quite a few resources for various emotional support groups and was also able to refer us to a great lactation specialists. We really appreciated all her guidance and support with my recovery and our newborn. We would highly recommend Rachael as your Doula.

We feel so fortunate to have had Rachael as our postpartum doula during the early months of welcoming our new addition to the family. With an older son to take care of as well, we knew we would need extra support, and Rachael exceeded our expectations in every way. Rachael's professionalism, reliability, and expertise were evident from the moment she stepped into our home. While we didn't require as much guidance and advice on newborn care, Rachael's gentle and caring approach was still invaluable. She was patient, understanding, and always there to lend a helping hand whenever we needed it. Her calm demeanor and nurturing presence created a peaceful environment that helped us navigate the challenges of caring for two young children with more ease. Rachael's reliability was a huge weight off our shoulders during those early months. She was always punctual and dependable, allowing us to plan and rest assured that she would be there when we needed her. Her professionalism and experience shone through in every aspect of her care, and we felt confident in entrusting our children to her. Perhaps one of the most significant benefits of having Rachael as our postpartum doula was the reduction in our stress level. Juggling the needs of a newborn and a 5-year-old can be overwhelming at times, but Rachael's support and assistance helped alleviate that stress. We were able to focus on bonding with our new baby and enjoying special moments with our older child, knowing that Rachael was there to help us. In summary, Rachael has been an incredible asset to our family as we navigated the early months of having two children. Her professionalism, reliability, patience, and caring nature have been unwavering, and we are so grateful for her support. We highly recommend Rachael as a postpartum doula for any family in need of compassionate, expert care.
