There is not enough space in this box for me to properly convey just how wonderful of an experience I had with Anika as my doula.

We spoke frequently throughout my pregnancy and she never once failed in being a supportive, advocative and considerate in all of our interactions. We loved her so much that we had full intentions of her traveling down to North Carolina to be present for the delivery of my first child. Unfortunately, that opportunity was taken from us when I had to undergo an emergency induction at 38 weeks. Anika was still making every possible effort to support and advocate for me and my baby even though she was rushing to get to us from states away. She arrived shortly after the delivery of our daughter and immediately provided relief, lactation support, postpartum healing advice, meal planning and even stayed with us for the first 2 nights of my daughter being home to ensure that we had everything we needed and provided plenty of support before she headed back to her home base.

Anika was extremely genuine and professional throughout my entire pregnancy and postpartum experience and I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking a knowledgable and devoted pregnancy/delivery/postpartum doula! I am already looking forward to booking her for our next pregnancy!

Anika is someone you'd want around. I say that as point blank and simple. She's kind, thoughtful, listens & continuously grows her knowledge for herself and from others. She's understanding and has helped me through some hard moments pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. She's there. I couldn't of asked for a better support system when it came to bringing my daughter in the world and her being there when i wanted her to be. i appreciated every moment. im glad i was able to have her there and beautifully captured moments of me and my daughters beginning.
