Cassie was my doula when I gave birth this July 2024. I chose to try for a VBAC but felt like I needed more support since I've only experienced a c section before. I hired her only a few weeks before my due date, and am SOOO happy that I did!

I truly believe that Cassie's support, positive energy, and motivation were instrumental in me avoiding excessive medical intervention (e.g., the vacuum, c-section, etc). I needed a strong advocate and coach during my labor because I had to push extra hard due to my baby's sunnyside up position. She has great instincts and understood what I needed before I did.

I'm telling all my pregnant friends about how great she is! Hire her. You won't regret it.

It was so easy with Cassie from the start! My baby arrived 3 weeks early and we scrambled to find a postpartum doula (for nights). We were also so nervous about finding someone we could trust with our newborn. We hit it off from the first conversation. She is knowledgeable about newborns and was extra supportive of me as a new mom. She shared a ton of resources and prepared me for things I didn't even know to ask about. She was extra sensitive to our needs and was exactly the relief we needed those first few sleepless weeks. She paid special attention to our needs and took a genuine interest in our family. I would recommend Cassie in a heartbeat.

Cassie has helped me tremendously post-partum with my daughter. I am a stay-at-home mama but I NEEDED some help. Cassie came right in and understood exactly what and how to take care of my baby. She has taught my daughter sign language and introduced her to new music, food, and many new activities. Every day was a milestone for my baby it felt like. She was always learning, reading, laughing and having fun. I felt comfortable being able to trust Cassie in my home and with my baby girl. She's a rockstar and super friendly and experienced. She assisted in bathtime, cutting nails, and chores regarding the baby. She even cooked/ meal prepped for me and my family! Cassie was always positive and loving with my baby. I would recommend her to anyone who needs a reliable doula! <3

Couldn't have done it without her! Well we could have, but we would have been miserable.

We didn't really think through everything in the process before Cassie, but she came at us with all the knowledge we needed (and more), plus a lot of questions for us to decide important parts about our birthing plan we hadn't considered. She helped us practice breathing exercises, and other excercises to help distract from the pain during the early stages of labor.

Day-of, she was available right when we called, came over, and helped put us at ease. Aside from working through breathing exercises, she made sure we snacked up for evergy, and helped us relax by encouraging us to watch one of our favorite shows during the early stages (though zombie Drew Barrymore may not be everyone's pick right before they give birth). She helped us time out contractions, and let us know when it was go time for the hospital.

During the birth she not only helped coach us with breathing, but also reminded two distracted soon-to-be-parents about parts of the birthing plans they kept forgetting. She got us all the cool birthing pillows we needed, and made sure that epidural came through before it was too late. Her previous medical training + birthing knowledge was great for translating to english everything the doctors were saying and doing. She stuck it out with us until the wee hours of the morning until our son was with us and confirmed well, and we only wanted to rest.

After baby came, she brough us sandwiches from our favorite place, talked to us about what to expect going forward, and assisted with those early feedings. We had a few follow up visits where she checked in and played with our little dude, and we were so thankful for her.

We really could not imaging having gone through this without her. She was kind, fun, caring, and informative all the way, and if you don't use her as a doula you are missing out.

Cassie is one of the kindest, open & most genuine people I've ever had the pleasure of getting to know. I went into labor much faster than we had anticipated so I didn't get the chance to spend a lot of time with her prior to my birth but it's almost as if that didn't matter. She rearranged her schedule at a moment's notice so that she could be with me when I got unexpectedly transferred to a different midwifery at a hospital (originally wanted to give birth at my local birth center). I felt so supported, seen, advocated and cared for by her the entire time. She brought a host of supplies to my birth, utilized various pain mitigating methods like massage, and always brought me what I felt I needed like juice, water, broth, etc. She helped me get into diffferent laboring positions and supported what I felt like I needed to do to be the most comfortable. She helped my husband help me as well which was so valuable.

I honestly don't think I could have asked for a better doula to be by my side for the scariest & most vulnerable time of my life. I really don't want to lose touch, she's just a great person to have around in general.

I couldn't recommend Cassie more.

Cassie is that best friend that you need during postpartum! She's loving, patient, understanding, kind and resourceful. I hired Cassie on my week 4 or 5 postpartum and I was desperate. My baby had a tongue, lip and backle ties and feeding was and is still a nightmare plus he only wants to be held and that's when I realized I needed help!

Cassie has been able to help with all the exercises my baby needs to do daily plus she's great at incorporating tummy time and baby sign language to my baby's routine.

She's also helping me to get baby used to be carried using a sling which is very helpful!

She takes care of me as well and makes sure I have 'me time', plus she braids my hair which is extremely helpful (as you know babies love pulling your hair, lol).

After working with Cassie for several weeks, she feels as a close friend now. I couldn't recommend her services more!!

Cassie was my postpartum doula for a few days once I brought my son home, and boy was I happy to have her around!

Cassie provided much needed support and relief after many sleepless nights with a newborn. She supported my husband and I during the day and she completely took on the night shifts, making sure that my son was comforted, changed, and fed every 2-3 hours while we got some much needed sleep. She also woke me up to pump my breasts, ensuring that I stayed on schedule and stayed hydrated while pumping. She also kept me well fed day and night, making sure I had the sustenance I needed for breastfeeding and pumping.

Cassie also helped around the house with things like washing baby bottles and pumping equipment, prepping milk bottles in advance, as well as helping with more clerical things like reminding me to give the baby his vitamins, set up his doctors appointments, and order things on Amazon that I needed like diapers, etc.

Cassie is reliable, trustworthy, and so so helpful -- everything you need in a postpartum doula. I would love to work with Cassie again!

Cassie was my doula when I gave birth this September (2022) 10 weeks early. I had a great experience with Cassie and would absolutely work with her again!

Cassie is a very comforting presence during difficult times. She has strong maternal instincts and made me feel calm and supported while I was antepartum with preeclampsia. She is great at anticipating needs and made sure I was hydrated, well fed, and even brought me some creature comforts (comfortable clothes, eye mask, fuzzy socks, blanket, etc.) when I was hospitalized unexpectedly.

She was there for me during contractions, and I trusted her as my birth plan advocate while I was medicated. Even when she wasn't allowed in the operating room for my c section, she patiently waited outside and was right there for me when I came out of the OR. After the c section she comforted me and helped me relax (she gives a great neck massage!) while the nurses hand expressed colostrum from my breasts.

If you're looking for someone to anticipate your needs, help you feel calm during high stress, and be your bedside advocate, I highly recommend Cassie!
