I am a DONA Certified Birth Doula and a Cencal provider serving Santa Barbara. I am certified in the Body Ready Method which helps prepare moms physically during pregnancy for a more efficient birth. I can support your breastfeeding journey as a Certified Lactation Consultant and as a bereavement doula I offer support before, during, and after a miscarriage or abortion. I am also a Midwife Assistant and support moms either at home births or the Santa Barbara Birth Center.

Fee Details

The care I provide as a birth doula includes - two prenatal consultations, 24/7 on call communication starting at 38 weeks, continuous birth support, and one postpartum consultation. I am a BRM (Body Ready Method) pro and can support you during pregnancy, labor, and birth in helping you find positions that will encourage baby's navigation through your pelvis!
