I am writing this testimonial almost a year after receiving Sophia's support. I have not and will never forget her incredible support and care of me and my family. I reached out to her for postpartum doula support and immediately saw that she was the right fit for us. She responded quickly, communicated clearly, was dependable and immensely supportive. She helped me transition back to work, gave my brain and heart the peace it needed to know that I could get myself back to work and handle a morning routine with a toddler and infant. In addition, she kept me and my family fed!! Each day she came she would cook a large meal for us to have for dinner and there were always leftovers. As a family without a traditional village, her support with meals and my little one meant so much to me. Not to mention her presence and energy felt comforting, as though a dear friend or sister was coming over to help. Thank you, Sophia!! I will always appreciate you.

Sophia worked with us a few months postpartum after the birth of our first child. While we had gotten past the blur of immediate postpartum with lots of support from our families, it was such a huge help to have Sophia in our home helping us with the transition back into real life beyond the 4th trimester. Things that felt overwhelming before her first session with us (like cooking an actual hot dinner with a baby who wanted to cluster feed in the hours before dinner time, or getting the three of us out of the house looking presentable) feel well within our wheelhouse now thanks to the scaffolding support she provided our family during this time of transition. Sophia is warm, caring, and personable, and was not only a huge help, but also a genuine delight to have around. I'd recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking for postpartum support.
