As a student of social work, I am particularly interested in working with single and underserved women, especially those who are pregnant. We really enjoyed working with Kennedy. She was very flexible to make sure it was a great match and we exchanged emails, then spoke on the phone and then met in person at my house with my partner well before my due date. She had a lot of insights into the birthing process and was fully available to talk and text during my pregnancy once we decided to work together.
My labor ended up being precipitous but having Kennedy available and on her way to the hospital gave us peace of mind beforehand!
