Let me start by saying I can not tell you nor count on one hand how much support I’ve had during this last pregnancy. And support is literally free it takes nothing to call and check up on your loved ones, be there for them emotionally or physically, and just be encouraging.

So, this was my last and 3rd C-Section pregnancy/ tabulation and my good friend/ Doula has been such a blessing during my difficult pregnancy journey.

I am forever grateful for all life lessons and experiences. I’ve gotten the sweetest bundle of joy out of the ordeal. My last and final pregnancy. My baby girl.

I must say I have not had post partum depression this go round and I seriously have Joy to thank for that. Not only is she my best friend of over 10 years but was my very supportive doula this past pregnancy as well.

Though I hired her during the last couple months of my pregnancy it is never too late. It was still such a pleasure having her as my Doula seeing her on the professional business like side as well. I was all over the place with no guidance or knowledge prior to hiring her. I loved and cherished every second of it.

My last two pregnancies I reached post partum depression. I can truly say with hiring her as my Doula it has kept me encouraged, her helpful tips, guiding me, leading me, and just being there for me, she has made even my post partum process so worry free and way less stressful.

You will not regret her as your Doula. Love you so much my good friend. Thank you, thank you, thank youuu. I owe you so much and forever grateful for you. May God bless you endlessly you deserve it.
