We loved having Christen and would recommend her to any family. She came in several over-nights a week from when my 2nd baby was a newborn till about three months old. Christen was always calm and helped me stay calm in stressful feedings. She experimented over the nuances of exactly how to swaddle baby to sleep his best. She was joyous with me when he was just being cute and made progress with his feeding or weight gain. She helped wrangle my toddler who was having some challenges adjusting to the new baby's arrival. Every evening when she walked in the door I felt relief and I trusted her entirely to keep my baby loved, happy, and sleeping as much as possible through the night.

Christen worked with our family for several months after the births of each of our sons.  She was an integral part of our postpartum/new baby transition each time.  Christen provided a calm, reassuring, and capable presence and a critical second pair of hands caring for our boys overnight.  She was always communicative and responsive and was a pleasure to work with.  We'd recommend her to any other family welcoming a new baby.

I highly recommend Christen’s services to anyone who might be considering it. It is so important for families to get support in those early days and Christen helped my family adjust to the new life and demands of caring for a newborn.

Christen provided postpartum overnight doula services for my family in the weeks following my daughter’s birth. I always felt comforted knowing she was there to provide great care to my daughter and allowed us to get as much rest as we could. She also was helpful in discussing various difficulties we were having and gave great suggestions and support.

I woke up to a tidy house, folded laundry, clean dishes, and a peaceful baby. Can’t recommend Christen enough.

As a first-time mom, I was overwhelmed by the sheer number of items I thought I would need: bottles, bags, binkies, and so much more. However, one decision I never regretted was choosing Christen for my postpartum support. This period presented unexpected challenges, particularly as I recovered from an emergency C-section. Christen, my overnight care support, became a lifeline during those moments when I wished my own mom could be there.

When I faced unexpected difficulties like overproduction of milk, clogged ducts, and decisions about circumcision, Christen was right there with the guidance and reassurance I needed. Now that my son is 14 months old, I can reflect back on how much harder that transitionary time into motherhood would of have been for me without her. If you're seeking compassionate and thorough support, I wholeheartedly recommend Christen. She knows exactly when to step in and when to give you space, and she provides her care with such grace.
