We are so glad we found Britt on our doula search . She gave us so much education and resources leading up to delivery I felt prepared for any scenario. She came to our house and walked through labor positions, let me feel out the tens unit and try out the sling. She helped me to feel confident and reassured in my own strength. During delivery she was a calm, encouraging presence that kept me grounded when I felt out of control. We are so thankful for her and would recommend her to anyone and everyone!

Brittani came highly recommended from our Midwife, and I wholeheartedly agree - she is an amazing Birth Doula. She was so kind and amiable with us. She helped during the at home portion and then transferred with me to the hospital. My husband had surgery before the birth, and she was able to help him with being present and engaged throughout the birthing process. As well as staying up all night helping me move positions every 30 minutes (I had an epidural) for about 10 hours before our baby was born.
We had our hearts set on a VBAC and were so happy to be able to make it happen. It was a team effort!
Brittani was a great resource and advocate for our family. Whether you are choosing an at home birth, or a hospital birth (medicated or medicated) Brittani can help!

Where do I start?! Brit was seriously everything I could have asked for in a doula. She is so personable, bubbly, high spirited, and confident. Her advice and knowledge was amazing & helpful. She is someone I could rely on for anything, whether it was a coffee, words of encouragement or late night texts. I highly recommend getting the photography package as well. She captured every perfect moment with out taking away from her phenomenal support. I feel like I couldn't have survived labor with out her, lol. Thank you times a million. If your looking for a doula, Brittani is your GIRL! ??

Brittani is an incredible doula! When you're choosing a doula for your birth, sometimes you might be focused just on the birth and not give much thought to prenatal and postpartum care from a doula. But Brittani goes above and beyond with her services! She was super supportive from the moment we hired her, always available to chat and listen to my fears and worries about the birth and everything else going on in my life. She was always super encouraging and practical and gave me resources to help prepare for my home birth. She was especially helpful helping me navigate my anxiety after I went past my due date. She even came for an extra visit just to listen to me. During the birth, she came over as soon as we asked her to and was very supportive the entire way through, which was especially important because my birth progressed faster than anyone was prepared for and the midwives didn't arrive until later. I couldn't have had such a positive home birth experience without her being there!

Brittani was also a huge emotional support to me after the birth, helping me talk about all that I was feeling during the difficult transition from 1 to 2 children. We ended up hiring her to do a family/newborn photoshoot a few weeks later and it was a very fun experience! She was great working with our newborn and toddler and had very cute ideas for poses and locations. The photos turned out beautiful!

I knew I wanted the presence of a doula for our first birth and at our first meeting with Brittani, I just KNEW she was the perfect fit for what I needed to feel supported and safe. From the beginning, she was so invested in what my vision for our birth was, what my fears were and was always a source of wisdom. She was so kind, an amazing listener, asked the deep questions and was such a source of joy. She’s the kind of person where you just leave feeling lighter and when it comes to birth, this type of energy is so needed for women and I’m so thankful our paths crossed and that she’s been called to this line of work.

I appreciated her approach to birth and I always felt SO empowered after talking her through my worries, fears or any questions we had entering this new chapter as parents. Once labor came, I could not have asked for a better support than Brittani. She was my rock throughout my whole labor which was very intense and by far the hardest thing I’ve ever endured. She knew how to talk to me in my darkest moments and how to remind me to breathe, gently guided me to the most ideal labor positions, helped released tension where I needed it, ensured I was fed and hydrated and was always by my side. She was truly a huge anchor for me to lean on. As new parents, we had no idea what we were getting into and I loved that no question was too out there and she covered so many pieces of information we needed to know that helped it all feel less overwhelming. My husband and I both felt very cared for and for anyone looking for a doula, Brittani is by far worth it—especially for first time mamas like I was and any mama who felt truly terrified of birth, she truly helped me step into the whole experience more confidently and even during she helped me believe I could do it and encouraged me in ways I needed it the most. She’ll always be a part of our birth story and family! ??

I didn't think I needed a doula, but after meeting Britt at a coffee shop, I immediately knew I wanted her to be part of my birth team. She is so knowledgeable and supportive in whatever decisions and goals you have. I knew I wanted a different birth for my second baby, and Britt played a huge role in helping me get it. With her help and preparation, I was able to cope very well with early and active labor, so much that I didn't even believe I was in labor! The positions and breathing techniques she taught me leading up to birth had a big impact on my experience overall. I had an extremely fast birth and Britt booked it to the hospital as fast as she could to support us. She checked in on me often during birth month and as I approached 42 weeks, she encouraged me to stay positive and affirmed me that our baby Jax would come when he's ready, and he sure did. Britt visited us twice before birth and again for a postpartum visit. We loved our experience with Britt and I would highly recommend her to all of my friends. I'm excited to work with her again with my next baby! 

We also hired her for birth photography, and even with our extremely fast labor, she was able to capture the moments of intensity and happiness we experienced. The photos turned out amazing! I love her work!

Brittani was an amazing and critical part of our birth team. From the moment she arrived, we instantly felt more comfortable and equipped for the journey ahead. Brittani came with helpful tactics to keep me comfortable while I labored and helped my husband feel more confident as well. She was constantly encouraging, calming, and supportive. I cannot imagine our home birth without her! We also greatly appreciated the 2 prenatal visits and how supportive she has been postpartum. I can't recommend Brittani enough!

Brittani was the perfect doula! My wife had a long, but successful labor. Brittani was there ensuring everything went smoothly, that my wife was able to stay focused and calm, and that she and I could partner together to help my wife.

Working with Britt was hands down the best decision my husband and I made throughout our pregnancy. I really thought having a doula would be a nice 'extra' but it really ended up being vital to a positive outcome. Our prenantal visits were very helpful and provided us with great tools for helping baby get into position for labor, as well as preparing me for an unmedicated VBAC. When I hit transiston, I remember saying to myself, "This is what Britt warned us about. I'm okay. Keep going." Her photos were beautiful and are priceless to us now. Her postpartum care and support has been so very valuable. She's an incredible professional and even more incredible human. Our birth experience would not have been the same without her. ??

I wanted an unmedicated birth and after looking into what doulas could offer we knew we wanted that support. David calls doulas a birth "cheat code". We interviewed multiple and chose Brittani becuase we both immediately felt she was the right fit. We felt totally comfortable with her and we are so glad we chose Brittani to work with! She was a great support in the pre-labor meetings and helped us alot (I mean she literally gave us a refresher on how to change a diaper haha!) She taught us how to swaddle and went over all of our questions. She also checked in with me many times before labor. We were super excited to work with her in the early labor phase but my labor went super fast so she just ended up meeting us at the birth center and being a support during pushing. She also took photos and videos on my phone which I really appreciated! We definitely would recommend Brittani! She was awesome to work with and we enjoyed our time with her!

We couldn't have done the birth without Brittani. Being first time parents, we did not know what to expect in the delivery room. Brittani was our rock amidst the chaos. Her knowledge, skill, and attentiveness helped make the experience one to remember. As a new father that had no idea what to do, she was able to guide me in the direction where I was able to help instead of feel helpless. 10/10 would recommend.

I knew that I wanted to do a non medicated birth but I had no idea how I was going to handle it. This was my first pregnancy and my husband and I were sifting through mountains of advice not knowing what would be helpful when the time came. I decided a Doula or as I called it a coach for my birth was exactly the support I needed. I started to get anxiety about labor and delivery but the second I met Britt in that coffee shop my anxiety melted away as she made me feel supported and confident without even knowing me. When my birthing day arrived she was everything my husband and I needed. She knew the positions, pressure points, comfort techniques, and words to say to get me through even when I thought I couldn't. I was able to get through my 12 hour labor and delivery unmedicated. She was a gift from God that both my husband and I are so grateful for. I cannot recommend her enough.

Brittani was such an important part of our birth team - from coming over for two visits prior to our daughters birth, staying at our birth for 12 hours and coming post partum she is truly invaluable!  She helped assist in counter pressures and position changes during our birth all while making sure we ate and drank water AND taking photos of the experience!  If you need someone who will support you in your dream birth whether at home or in a hospital, she is a wonderful option and will be a great advocate for you and your needs, I couldn't reccomend her more!

People will tell you to interview at least 3 doulas until you make a selection, but after our first interview with Brittani, my boyfriend and I knew she was perfect to support us in delivering our baby. As a first time mom, I was so scared and anxious for labor. I wanted a natural birth and had so many expectations of myself. When it was time for me to deliver, I told Brittani that I didn't want to do it natural anymore and she said that's okay. She reassured me that I had already made it so far and that I could still do it naturally if I wanted, but I felt it was best for me to get the epidural. Since I had so many expectations of myself, I thought I was going to feel bad with my decision, but Brittani was understanding and stepped in when I needed her the most. She reminded me of my my wishes to birth my baby on my side and held my leg the entire time. My boyfriend and I couldn't have done it without her. I recommend Brittani to any expecting mom, especially if you feel anxious, she will be there to help you emotionally and physically.

Brittani was my saving grace throughout my pregnancy, but a true Godsend at the end when things diverted FAR away from the plan. We clicked instantly at our consultation, and she never failed to ease my mind when I had questions and concerns. Those interactions were plentiful, being my first pregnancy. She was always at my beck and call, and came through with stellar referrals and recommendations if I needed something outside her wheelhouse. With Brittani's help and her establishment in the "Birth Industry" in the Treasure Valley, I welcomed my son into the world with THE DREAM TEAM at my side and/or fingertips. Her knowledge and expertise leave nothing to be desired, but her presence in your corner is where her value really overflows. Do yourself a favor and get her in your corner! You won't be sorry.

Brittani was wonderful as our doula! She was always professional and prompt with her correspondence from the start. When we met her, we knew she was a great fit - kind, attentive, and ready to help provide the experience we wanted for our birth. She checked in regularly and provided me with resources to prepare for labor as I needed them. During the birth, Brittani met us at the birthing center and had everything ready to go as planned. The environment was kept calm and peaceful. She was quick to provide the comfort techniques we had discussed without me needing to ask. I'm glad she was part of our birth experience and would definitely recommend her as a doula.
