Type of practice: Partnership with 2 or more doulas

Clients per month: 2 to 4 births and 1 to 4 postpartum families

Postpartum limits/restrictions: Trauma informed and culturally sensitive pregnancy, labor and postpartum support. Ayurvedic Prenatal, Labor and Postpartum Mother+Newborn Care (Prasuti and Prasava Raksha - consultation and therapies) offered and open to all. Support for TCM, TKM and Traditional Malaysian and Traditional African postpartum care practices based on your family's or practitioner's guidance (Diet, newborn care methods/bath, bengkung, steaming and other confinement care practices). Sleep Consulting and back to work transitions available for those beyond the postpartum. Healing therapies offered for those who have undergone labor and delivery. In home emotional and physical recovery support services for those who are in service ex: doulas, midwives, physicians, nurses, educators and others facing depletion or burnout based on yoga, meditation practice, regaining balance, rejuvenation and mind-body integrated healing.
