Julie is such a great doula and such a sweet person. She is very educated on childbirth and breastfeeding. I secured Julie as my doula to have a smooth vaginal delivery but I ended up having a planned csection due to some complications. Julie supported me every step of the way and although I was nervous to be having a csection, she reassured me and instilled confidence in me. We talked in length over choosing a doctor to deliver me who aligned with me personal desires for the birth of my baby, and I’m happy we made the decision we did. The day of my birth she showed up and prepped me mentally for my csection and was in the recovery room afterwards. I highly suggest Julie, and will be using her in the future.

Julie was Amazing!!! She really took the time out to learn how I work and to learn how Ii wanted my birth. She helped me control my breathing and got my baby girl here safely! I really do appreciate her so much and I would most definitely need her again for my next child. I was so scared but she kept me calm and encouraged me throughout my whole pregnancy. I will be referring her to anyone that is looking for a doula. Thank you Julie, this was a memorable experience because of you!

Julie is an amazing doula. I am so thankful that I had her as my birth doula. She helped prepare both my husband and I for labor and the postpartum period. She taught wonderful prenatal sessions and was there for my labor. She also recommended a wonderful local birthing class. Originally my husband and I planned a home-birth and Julie was very supportive of this decision however it didn’t go as planned and I had to go to the hospital to give birth. Julie met my husband and I at the hospital and supported us throughout my entire labor and delivery. She made sure that both my husband and I understood the information the hospital staff discussed with us throughout labor. I ended up having an emergency c-section and Julie helped encourage and supported me as I received that news. That helped me tremendously. Once my husband and I returned home from the hospital Julie brought over our umbilical cord art, and placenta prints, as well as my encapsulated placenta. I would definitely recommend any expecting mother to select Julie as their doula. She is compassionate and supportive and this is her true calling. I am so grateful I had the opportunity to work with her during my birth experience. In the future when my husband and I decide on having a second child I will definitely be signing up for one of Julie’s birthing and postpartum packages.

This was my first pregnancy so to say I was scared was an understatement but from the very first meeting Julie created a sense of comfort that everything would go just fine. She was very knowledgeable through the whole 9 months and I could not have gotten through labor without her. Considering my birth did not go to plan with what I wanted Julie had made it clear that would be a possibility and we would just adjust accordingly. With every obstacle that was thrown or way Julie was there to help calm us and guide us through a healthy birth of our baby boy. To this day my family reflects on how much of a blessing she was during this stressful time. If you were ever unsure of needing a doula Julie is definitely the one you need!

We hired Julie for our first baby and I am incredibly happy with our decision! From the prenatal appointments all the way through labor and postpartum she was such an important part of our team! She eased our new parent hearts with her guidance every step of the way. She thought of everything so that we didn't have to. Julie- from the bottom of our hearts, thank you for helping us through the transition into a family of 3. We couldn't have done it without you! 

If you're on the fence about hiring a doula... trust me, hire Julie, you won't regret it! ??

I cannot say enough about Julie. She was absolutely AMAZING during our time with her. I didn't reach out to Julie until I was 36 weeks and I wish I would've done it sooner. She was so knowledgeable about everything and as a first time mom, made me feel much more relaxed about what my birthing experience could look like. She included my husband in each meeting we had with her and advocated for me when I finally went into labor at the hospital. My labor was long and tiring but I felt 1000 times better knowing Julie was there for us and helping coach me through everything. Thank you Julie for making me feel more at ease and making my labor experience so incredibly memorable.

We enjoyed our time with Julie as our doula! She was not only very personable but also incredibly supportive. We met with her for prenatal visits to learn and prepare for the labor and birth of our baby, as well as postpartum. She showed up at the hospital to support us during the birth, and her presence was reassuring. Julie’s warm demeanor made us feel comfortable throughout the process. She even took some pictures of the baby as soon as she came out, capturing those precious first moments. Julie was responsive to our text messages throughout the pregnancy and after. Additionally, she made some sweet keepsakes from my placenta and dropped them off shortly after the birth. Her continuous support helped ease my anxieties as a first time pregnant woman.

A friend of mine requested that I get my placenta cap for various health benefits. I googled for Doula's in my area and Julie popped up and it was an Awesome and smooth experience. From tge beginning to the end!!! She even met me at the hospital right before my scheduled delivery to make sure the release form was available for me to sign. She responded quickly and in a timely manner to all of my questions. She is so sweet. She did a special delivery to my home for drop off! I haven't tried the capsule out yet but I know I'll will receive the best benefits. The Canvases were so beautiful. They are prints of my Placenta and I also received the word "Love" in the color gold which is my baby's umbilical cord. Such a beautiful keepsake! Everything was so cute and neat even down to the box the capsules came in. ?? I highly recommend Julie. She's the best! Thank you so much Julie! May God Bless You!

Julie was everything to us!!! 

When I say everything I mean everything support professionalism, on time.

She was diligent checking in on us before, during and after our birth. Remembered important dates like appointments,  baby showers, age anniversaries for our baby.

Julie was tremendous support during the birth. Making sure we were both heard and also advocated and made sure we knew and understood exactly what was happening. She stayed to support us for over 10+ hours and when not there and if we needed her at any time she came immediately. 

Julie not only was a support system for my wife but also myself she made sure I also was okay. Simple questions like how are you doing went a long way. 

Julie was willing to run errands for us and even brought us lunch and groceries. Then made sure 
We always were on track to make sure we were prepared for the baby's arrival. 

She provided us resources in everything we asked or needed help on including postpartum depression and even sent my wife a book to help her through it all. 

We love Julie and are grateful the universe sent her as our doula and friend. We hope with our next child she is available so we can have her as our doula again.

Julie is really amazing. An amazing Doula and an amazing person. She helped me delivery my baby girl through a non profit organization. I couldn’t have been more happier to have her there with me. Julie Your Doula In Love!

Coming into my third pregnancy, my first girl, I wanted to be all natural. My first thought was a home birth with a midwife and doula. I was halfway through my pregnancy and couldn't find a midwife to do a homebirth. I connected with Julie through her husband who is in the Army with me and we made plans to meet. I could not have been more happy! Julie is the sweetest and most amazing person. And as a doula, very knowledgeable and skillful in her duties. From the planning and prepping process, to the delivery and postpartum visits Julie was absolutely wonderful and I can not see myself getting pregnant again and not hiring her. Without the medication I felt everything and although the labor wasn't as bad as I thought, it was by no means easy, but Julie kept me calm and encouraged me the entire time (about 12 hours) and took time to teach my husband how to comfort me through the contractions and helped him though the process of stimulating our baby girl and cutting the cord. We could not have gotten through this without her. She was definitely a blessing to our family. And Lord willing, if we have another, she will be the first we call. I 100% recommend any mother in need of caring and understanding support during this beautiful time in life, to call Julie at Your Doula In Love!

I decided very late in my pregnancy that I wanted a doula. I searched and searched and finally found Julie! She made herself available in very short notice to meet up and get to know each other and go over the birth plan. I ended up going into labor the same night that we had met. Julie was very comforting and did an amazing job advocating for my wants and needs during labor. She stayed after my birth to assist with latching and any other issues I might have had. She also captured some amazing photos right after birth that I didn't have an opportunity to have with my other 2 children. She also made beautiful placenta prints and saved the umbilical cord for me. I never thought these things would be so comforting to have, but this could be my last baby and she helped make everything more special. Thank you Julie for everything you did!

Let me start by saying I couldn't have picked a better doula. She knew how important having a vbac was for me, she encouraged me mentally and emotionally to try for it but also let me know it was okay if things didn't go the way I wanted. She helped me prepare for both a vaginal birth and a caesarean. She made a birth plan for both situations and listened to all of my requests. 

Fast forward to about a week before my scheduled csection Julie had an unfortunate accident that left her unable to attend my birth. We were both devestated but she worked fast to find a backup doula that fit the budget and timeframe we needed. However, the universe had other plans because the morning of my csection the doctor decided she would let me try for a vbac! I was induced and Julie was right by my side through it all. She applied counter pressure to help with my intense back labor, diffused essential oils and talked me through some really tough contractions. And might I add she did all of this with ONE arm. Afterwards gifted me with encapsulating my placenta, placenta prints and my baby's umbilical cord keepsake. Julie is such a gentle and beautiful soul. She was literally made for this. 

I say all of this to say Julie is amazing inside and out and if you're looking for someone who genuinely cares about you, is knowledgeable  and isn't just doing this for the monetary gain this is who you should go with.

As time was running out as i neared the end of my pregnancy, i was still im search of a doula who would provide amazing services and support during my home birth and postpartum. Not only was i looking for someone who would advocate for me when i could not advocate for myself, i was also looking for someone i could connect with and let my guard down with. I finally came across Julie, who is nothing short of extraordinary! To keep things short and simple why as i can go on and on, Julie has always made me feel super comfortable and relaxed with her. From creating my very detailed birth plan to spontaneously delivering my sweet baby boy on her own, during my extremely quick labor. She not only jumped straight into action and kept herself calm, she also kept me calm, as this was my first. Following the my birth, she has still shown amazing support from breastfeeding to answering any questions i've had, from her own experience/pov with no problem! Having Julie as my doula has taken away that feeling of being alone. I would choose her as my advocate any day and will always recommend her to other moms/families. She is the ideal doula, who will go above and beyond for you! Whereas this here did not describe great detail, i must say you can feel Julies passion from your first encounter. She's educated, kind, gentle, overall a great addition to your birth experience. I'm honored to have such an amazing doula like herself. Words can not merely describe how grateful i am to have someone as lovely as her during this vulnerable experience in my life. Thank you Julie!!! ??

I am starting off by saying that I started researching doula's pretty late into my pregnancy. As a matter of fact when I reached out to Julie I was already 32 weeks pregnant. But  regardless she was open to working with me, even though we did not have as much time preparing for the arrival of my little girl. She always answered any questions I might have. I mentioned wanting to try additional pain management techniques  that she was not familiar with and she dived in head first into getting familiar with them . 
Our prep time got cut short by the arrival of my baby girl 3 weeks early and Julie was nothing short of amazing in supporting my birth plan and helping with pain management during labor and delivery. She was there every step of the way, making sure my needs are met. 
I would not hesitate in hiring her again , and I will recommend her to anyone who mentions needing a doula or a support person during their pregnancy/ birth and beyond.
