To understand what it feels like to be able to lean on someone within life is almost the best description for Liliana. I say almost because it's depth is much deeper than that. As a first time mom and home birth preparer she labored with me all the way to the other side even admist a hospital transfer. I will forever be grateful for how emphatic she was to my needs and desires. I was able to still have a natural healthy birth within 20-30 mins about 3-5 pushes. I account her within this process for guiding me to all the resources needed to attain my healthy delivery. If it's a thought, don't ponder too long. She's the right choice! Forever will carry her energy and presence in my future births ??

Where to even begin.. Lily has taught me so much. I was pretty scared about birth like most. Heard so many bad stories and was honestly more scared to get an epidural then anything. I then decided to go with a water birth if possible. I was debating on finding a doula and ran into one of her clients. She talked very highly of Lily and I was instantly hooked to give her a chance and I am so glad I did. The education she gave me from helping me work on my breathing and preparing not only mentally but physically. I came out of this experience feeling more empowered and stronger as a women! And able to go through with my all natural water birth that progressed fairly fast for a first time mom! You are 100% capable of whatever you put your mind too and we were made to do this! I personally ended up preferring feeling everything and catching my own baby in my hands! Lily was so helpful before, during, and still so much after birth. She is super understanding and is on the same page with me as far as holistic health! I couldn't be happier that I had someone in my corner on my decisions! Especially in a hospital environment. If you want someone there for you through it all physically, mentally, emotionally! Lily is a one stop shop and I appreciate her dearly??

I knew after reading some reviews that I wanted Lily to be my doula. She was amazing from the beginning.
First off, she's very affordable, which is huge... and you definitely get what you pay times a million with her. 
Second, she was available 24/7 for me to text her with any questions. She's also extremely knowledgeable, and helped me avoid a misdiagnosis of pre eclampsia, by encouraging me to make sure to stay hydrated. She was so encouraging. 
I'm convinced that besides my daughter being ready, Lily's advice to do the miles circuit and prenatal yoga helped me go into labor... and when I did, she was there for me via text and call while I labored at home. That evening, she met me and my husband at the hospital and she got me through 2.5 hours of unmedicated labor. I could not have done it unmedicated without her cheering me on and providing encouragement and support through  my pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. Her support was invaluable, and we are so grateful she was a part of of sweet Ari's journey earthside.

Lily was my doula for my September birth. she was truly so amazing from the prenatal appointments to the postpartum appointments and even after! The prenatal appointments are informative about birth and she gives you tips on labor pain management and labor progressive movements. During the labor and delivery she would guide us through the waves. she even gave me a leg and foot massage! Lily was such a huge support during my delivery. I couldn't have had my non medicated  birth without her. The postpartum visits are amazing! She gives full body massage, bath time, and makes you tea. 
she's an angel. Everyone woman needs a lily ??

With so much sentiment and contentment, Lily's doula service was beyond exceptional! Lily was very knowledgeable and shared birthing education being very thorough! She was always very attentive and was on call for any questions or concerns that I had at any moment of day. She provided us with a unique birth plan to serve our wishes ONLY envisioning OUR birth, not only did she help advocate during labor, but knew what to do at every giving moment through labor-delivery! Her guidance and support was EXACTLY what was needed. The main thing that I loved about my doula was that she helped tap me into my natural elements using all natural sources to help replenish my body after delivery and entering postpartum, down to every touch with the warmth of your palms and every smile you gave with each action. Thank you for all the love you shared and having the perfect heart to do what you do to help all the mamas out there ?? in particularly us, I will forever be grateful! She really did grasp me by the hand emotionally and physically through my journey!

Hello i want to begin this by saying Lily is a ANGEL! I am 38 years old and got pregnant with my first child in 2022. Unfortunately i lost my job and all my benefits and had to get on Medicaid for my pregnancy. I always knew i wanted a natural birth as well as a birth team of color to advocate for me. I was one of the lucky ones who Lily chose to sponser and she offers 2 probono births a year. From the moment i spoke with her i felt at ease and felt like she genuinely cared. My whole pregnancy she was very active in communicating with me and offering tips as i was a first time mom to be. I went into labor July 23 2023 and Lily was there to guide me. I would have NEVER been able to have my birth the way i wanted without her! Everything went beautifully and she was rihht by my side the whole time! I am a single mother and the first few weeks were extremely difficult as i had no help and had no ide what i was doing. I was struggling with breastfeeding and just overall extremely overwhelmed! I called Lily one night and she drove over a hour to my house at 11 pm just to come help me because i was struggling. That meant the world to me. At this point I'm pretty sure i call her every other day for some kind of advice and she's always there to answer my questions! She just came last week to do my post partum visit which included the most AMAZING full body massage as well as a relaxing herb bath. She brough some delicious authentic Mexican hot chocolate and herbal tea which was delicious! From her pre birth visits as well as post partum visits she has really shown she cares and truly loves what she does. Lily is truly a godsend and i certainly wish EVERYONE can have her at their sides at the most crucial times in our lives. I'm so blessed she came into mine and my sons life and will be eternally grateful to her.

Continued..Lilly has kids so she's already a vet and has also had a home birth which was one of my requirements when looking for a doula so  lilly she brings a traditional vibe to her work since a lot of her practices come from a different country. The fact that she offers placenta encapsulation and placenta paint, and also extra Pacenta items to help you after you have the baby is just *chefs kiss*

An extra perk She brings her clients together in a group chat old and new and consistently sends reminders to workout drink get fresh air. She sends videos that will help before and after labor and even after her services are done Lilly is still available She brings her clients together. And makes it like one big family. I don't know what doula even promotes that because Lilly does not it's like an extra perk of having her as a doula She also offers free classes for moms pregnancy and postpartum, weekly walks and spend time in the park with her and her family for a mommy and me meet up donation if you choose to.  She offers postpartum services that can be tailored specifically to what you need and she does a great job with that too. You can tell this is not just a job to her but a true life purpose and that's so inspiring so see how far she's going just by  walking in her purpose. Love you Lilly

To start off Lily unexpectedly became my (Doula) because my last (Doula) bailed on me. She offered her services to me very willingly Lilly has kids so she's already a vet so that was reassuring to hear as a first time mom.  I had a tough labor unexpectedly, which was completely different than what we had discussed and Lily adapted so easily very attentive. She stayed a very long time. She came through for me last minute when I had no idea what to do. I prayed for someone who would be the right person for me and she popped up. Gods gift . she brings a traditional vibe to her work she's smart she has so many resources. Shes understanding and passionate about her craft and perfecting it . She offers postpartum services and she does a great job with that too. and I told her after labor and I still say it today Lilly deserves the world

Our doula Liliana (aka Lily) was an absolute blessing and key player in our birth journey.
Lily surrounded our birth with love and confidence which I needed in going for a vbac (vaginal birth after caesarean). She helped us so much throughout the process of our hospital journey from advocating to prevent unnecessary interventions to keeping me comfortable, hydrated, and moving through labor. I sincerely appreciate all the ways she made us feel taken care of from the encouraging texts and affirmations to the helpful education and her experience with vbac. Lily showed she truly cared for me, my family, and the success of our birth journey and helped us achieve the vbac I desperately wanted. We love Lily and can’t wait to work with her again.

Lily has been my doula for my two babies. She has been so supportive,encouraging and understanding throughout both my pregnancies. I can not say enough nice things about her and how much of a support and friend she's been.

I cannot recommend Lily enough. I found her very late in my pregnancy when I decided last minute I might need a doula. I had tried one from my previous baby and it did not meet the expectations we had and wondered if it was worth giving it a try for our last baby with someone new. I am so glad I went for it and met Lily just ln time at week 36! She did not hesitate to come meet me asap just in case things happened earlier than week 40, which I didn't think would happen as my 2 other births were past my due date. Well I am glad I listed to her my baby came on the day I turned 38 weeks on the dot. I had a very long last day at work and physically I could not have done it without her guidance and support even with a very hands on husband. It was the middle of the night but she did not hesitate to come to us. She took such good care of me postpartum which I needed as all our friends and family are out of state, and I am beyond grateful for the connection and friendship we established, she became an extension of our family during this special time in our lives. I could not have emotionally recovered as well as I did without her, she was everything and more I needed in a doula.

I don't even know where to begin with Lily. She went above and beyond for me during my pregnancy birth and my postpartum care. During my pregnancy she listened to me and knew exactly what I wanted for my son's birth. I was alone for my pregnancy and was my support person, and she exceeded my expectations. During my birth she understood me because during my pregnancy she truly got to know me. There were times during my labor I would look at Lily and she would ground me and bring my thoughts back just by looking at me. She reminded me that I could and would have my baby. She also knew I wanted to be the first person to grab my baby. When I was pushing him out she reminded them to let me grab my own baby. The doctors did all because Lily made sure of it. During my labor I really wanted the shower to help with intense contractions. I was spending about 30 minutes in the shower and 30 on the monitors. My nurse "Helga" (not her name) came in demanding I come out so she could check me and get me on the monitors and I refused saying I just needed to get through my contraction first. Lily tried to ask her to come back in a few minutes. Helga proceeded to also tell me "you chose to have a baby, stop crying and complaining. " That's when Lily stepped in and said the nurse needed to leave. Lily said nobody would speak to me that way. Helga said well I'm going to get the doctor. Lily said that's fine as long as when he gets here you're not with him. Lily also told me so many times during transition that I was doing amazing and she was so proud of me.  Honestly after I had my son she's still my bestie. I had never met her before I got pregnant but now I couldn't imagine not having her. She has so many techniques that help with pain management and she's so kind. She never once let anyone force me to do anything and she made sure I was informed. She also wouldn't let anyone touch William or his cord and placenta until I said it was okay. Love love love Lily!!
