Jen was a truly wonderful sitter for our 8-month old baby while we visited Boston for work. She is clearly very experienced, professional, calm, and warm - we felt at ease right after meeting with her. We could not be happier to recommend her! Thank you Jen and wishing you all the best.

Jen was absolutely fantastic with us. Having night support that we could count on in our babies first months was really important to us. Jen was someone we trusted to care for our infant and was able to provide us with the confidence that we needed sleep well at night. On top of that, Jen was also able to provide support to us, answer our questions, and generally be a great resource for us first time parents.

Jen was a lifesaver for the nighttime care of our newborn grandson when my daughter needed to be readmitted to the hospital for a week following her delivery. Jen was friendly, warm, responsible, knowledgeable and compassionate. She recommended a formula change (switching to enfamil gentlease) which was exceedingly helpful in eliminating our grandson's gastric distress. She brought us different nipples to try, taught us how to swaddle, and kept notes on how each night went that she shared with us in the morning. She communicated us via text during the day to see how we were doing and was very responsive to questions we asked.  We felt very supported and taken care of by her.  We felt entirely comfortable having her in our home and taking care of our precious newborn grandson.  We would hire her again in a heartbeat. Thank you, Jen!

Jen worked with my family in the summer of 2023 a couple of nights a week for the first 3 months of my baby's life. Jen has a very calming pressence and adjusted herself easily to our family. She did an amazing job both caring for our baby as well as for us. One thing that I really appreciated in her, and is so important for sleep deprived young parents, is that she really wanted to optimize for us getting rest and kept our nightly conversations brief (if we initiated them) while she was open to checking in during the day if we had any questions. She was reliable and punctual.

I am so glade we found Jennifer to help with our baby during the night. She was very professional, kind and understanding. I always looked forward to the nights she would come. I felt comfortable leaving my little one in her care so I could get the sleep I much needed. She is also very good with responding to questions/concerns right away. I would recommend her to anyone who has just had a baby and is looking to get some sleep!

We had a great experience with Jen. She took excellent care of our newborn for about two months. Our daughter had some GI issues so Jen had a couple of techniques to make her more comfortable which was also helpful. She was also reliable and always on time!

Working with Jen as my postpartum doula was an amazing experience. My baby is quite needy I have to say and started to recognize people when Jen came, but Jen was able to clam and soothe our baby immediately. I appreciate Jen always planned things ahead and set up a comfortable environment that would help baby rest. She even brought all the helpful stuffs with her, like white noise machine, baby carrier and her own stroller etc. Jen also kept logs on baby's activities time and sleeping time. We felt comfortable leaving the baby alone with her and letting her take the baby out of house for walking and playing in the park. My baby was happy and calm with Jen, which is the most important thing to me. We wish we could find Jen earlier and we highly recommend her to others for doula support!

We had the great priviledge of working with Jennifer Dennis nearly every night from when we came home from the hospital until our twins were 11 weeks old, and I would recommend her to families seeking infant overnight care without reservation.  I consider Jen a twin infant whisperer - she handled the nights with our two babies seamlessly.  A few wonderful things about Jen that helped me rest easy: She is an excellent communicator - both in written form (with nighttime reports of feeding timing/diapering/bouts of fussiness and potential causes) and verbally (we'd debrief about the day when she arrived and then about the night briefly before she left).  She is highly knowledgable about infants, and offered helpful suggestions when we came to her with questions about the babies.  She also gave us a ton of suggestions for how to survive the nights on our own without her.  She was extremely respectful of our parenting style and wishes. She really got to know the each baby as an individual and could speak to their specific soothing preferences and feeding habits. Above all, I felt she truly cared for them - this is a calling and passion for her, not 'just a job'. Speaking as a mom to a toddler and twin infants, Jen was my reliable lifeline to sanity - instead of white knuckling those early days in overwhelm-sleep-deprivation-survival-mode, I could rest at night.  This sped my physical recovery from birth, supported my ability to exclusively breast-feed twin infants, and allowed me to be a more present and emotionally regulated parent for my toddler during the day through this big life transition.

All I can say is thank goodness for Jen! Our third child had severe GERD and sleep was at a minimum before Jen entered our lives. Jen is kind, loving and great at settling colicky babies. She worked with me to be able to get restorative sleep and continuing breastfeeding thru the night while my husband and I transitioned back to working full time. I highly recommend Jen!

Jen was great! Professional and respect in the home. She was eager to help with all newborn things, bottles, etc - and while providing knowledge on breastfeeding and pumping. Jen was so helpful and we'd have her again if another babe comes along! Thanks, Jen!

Jen was incredibly helpful for my wife and I. As first time parents, we not only used her with getting more sleep (overnight), but also went to her as a trusted advisor for any questions we had. She's incredibly reliable, never late, and extremely amenable. She flexed to support us in any way.

With her support, we actually learned that our newborn could sleep longer than we expected! If we expand our family, Jen will be called!

Jenny is an excellent doula and we had a great working relationship while she was contracted to take care of my baby at nights. She was prompt, often early, and took good notes about what happened during the night. She listened to what I wanted and how I liked things to be done and applied them to her shifts with me. She is very experienced with babies and my baby did very well with her. Jenny is super easy to talk to and she was open to me asking her questions about anything. I would text her every now and then to ask about tips on handling the baby (even though it was my third baby, still need help!) and she was always helpful and full of suggestions on what to try. I have a new favorite hand cream thanks to Jenny (tubby Todd all over ointment) and I use it neary every day! She works tirelessly and will do everything to her utmost to give any tired mama a good night's rest. When Jenny came over, I knew I could sleep knowing the baby was taken care of. I would highly recommend Jenny for postpartum doula services.

Jennifer was wonderful! She took great care of our brand new baby over night for us so that we could get some sleep. She kept detailed notes on the baby, and we felt very comfortable with her. Thank you Jen!
