I truly believe it would have been nearly impossible to make it through my pregnancies and postpartum without Kim's work. Through both of my pregnancies, she led me through weekly yoga sessions that kept my mind at peace and my body moving to assist baby's growth. I personally believe this carried into their newborn life and helped both baby and I recognize calmer environments and soothe quicker.

Additionally she offered me meal prep services for postpartum that were filled with wholesome and nutritious food. Maintaining high nutrient stores is so critical in the first few weeks postpartum and I never had to worry with freezer meals ready to go. 

When both babies arrived she stayed overnight a few days of the week and helped with those challenging first adjustment days. By offering extra sleep, taking over feeds, and helping with older siblings for baby #2, she helped me to be able to care for myself so I could bond with my children in a much more stable state of mind. There is something to her warm presence that makes you feel like you are never alone and can get through anything. She also has an amazing skill for doing things around the house before you can even think to ask. Cannot recommend her enough and am forever grateful she chose this career path!
