Trisha was an absolute lifesaver for our family. She came into our lives a year after we experienced the stillbirth of our son, supporting me through my pregnancy and the birth of my daughter. As a new mom still carrying grief and navigating postpartum emotions, I was a nervous wreck—but Trisha made everything feel manageable.
I always looked forward to her visits because I could ask all my questions and she had a way of making me feel so much calmer. She helped us sleep train, gradually transitioning my daughter to eat less at night until she was happily sleeping through by five weeks.
When my second baby came along and refused to sleep, Trisha worked her magic again. She walked me through daytime nap schedules and feeding adjustments, and within a couple of months, we were almost sleeping through the night. Even after my night package ended, she continued providing support via text and email, helping me fine-tune naps and feeding until we reached that full night’s sleep.
What sets Trisha apart is her breadth of knowledge. She’s fantastic with babies, but she also understands the postpartum experience—the physical recovery, the emotional challenges, and everything in between. I received support for myself while also getting expert guidance for my babies.
I highly recommend Trisha to any new parent. She is knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cares about the families she works with.

We highly recommend Tricia as a night nurse. She worked with our twins for about five months, starting when they were just one week old and continuing until they were five months old. We would have loved to extend our time with her, but she was already committed to another contract, so we also worked with another night nanny during that period. Having experience with two different nannies really highlighted how different approaches can be.
Some night nannies are there primarily to comfort and cuddle babies so parents can get a good night’s sleep. Tricia goes far beyond that. She actively helps you build strong, healthy sleep skills and coaches you every step of the way. She is truly a night nurse and sleep consultant in one.
As first-time parents, it was incredibly valuable to have someone we could bounce ideas off of and troubleshoot issues well beyond sleep. Tricia provided guidance on feeding (both breast and bottle), pumping, reflux, and sleeping arrangements. She helped us navigate regressions and illnesses and set us up with an excellent foundation for long-term sleep success.
She was also an incredible resource in helping us figure out how to manage two babies at once — from recommending helpful products, to teaching us ways to feed both babies at the same time, and creating systems that made caring for twins feel manageable and less overwhelming. Even after our contract ended, Tricia stayed in touch and continued to offer guidance and advice.
We would highly recommend Tricia to anyone looking to establish a strong sleep foundation and who wants a knowledgeable, supportive professional to help guide them through the journey, especially families with twins.

Tricia was an amazing support system to my husband and I after we welcomed our darling baby girl into the world. Tricia provided expert tips in feeding, burping, swaddling, and settling Baby Girl down for the night. With Tricia's help, our daughter now sleeps 8 hours straight without requiring a feeding, and with no fussing! We are grateful to Tricia for not only her expertise, but also for her kindness and the TLC she provided to our family. Thank you, Tricia!
