I am a doula myself and have used Sky for my own kids during the day. I have just recently used Sky for help overnight with my now 7 month old son and I fully trust her. She communicates well and gives advice that she may have regarding feeds and longer sleeps. I highly recommend Sky for any type of doula work whether it be days or nights.

Sky came over to help us the day we brought our baby girl home from the hospital, and helped us overnight for the first 7 weeks of being new parents. I'm not sure how we would have made it through this challenging time without her! She has such a calming presence and was so good with our little one.

As first time parents we were very anxious about being able to take care of a newborn, and Sky was super helpful in all areas. For example, she provided us with soothing tips when we just couldn't figure out why our baby was crying. She also helped me with breastfeeding, getting our newborn to latch, and helping us with our Supplemental Nursing System (SNS) we had to use in the first few weeks. She also gave us good tips for getting our newborn accustomed to nighttime sleep - which I believe helped get our baby girl to eventually sleep through the night! It was very clear to us that she was very experienced with newborns and this gave us peace of mind as we were learning how to be parents.

Additionally, Sky provided a lot of emotional support to me as a new mother - she was there when we came home from the hospital and I was a huge wreck (just overwhelmed with all the new responsibilities, the hormone drop, my C-section recovery, everything). She provided me a lot of emotional support that first night and it really helped build trust and made me feel so comfortable with her. This experience would have been so much harder without her! We defininitely give her our highest recommendation!

Sky is an incredible postpartum doula. The care she provided to me, my baby and our family was unmatched. She took excellent care of our 6 week old baby girl, providing her with love and security. She was encouraging to us and helped us not only with the growth of our baby, but also parenting advice and care for our older child. Sky felt like a close friend to us and we are so thankful to have built a relationship with her that exceeds our time working with her. Her positive and gentle demeanor made us breathe a sigh of relief when she would come to our home each evening. Any family would be lucky to work with Sky.

Sky worked with us and our twin girls at night for the first 12 weeks of their lives. She is absolutely wonderful. She has a calming presence and loved/cared for our girls like they were her own. I would 100% recommend Sky. Any families that work with her are incredibly lucky!!

I really appreciated Sky's support for the few weeks she was with us after the arrival of our baby. She soothed, fed, changed, and watched our newborn overnight so our family could get much needed sleep. She also did dishes when we couldn't get to them that night, which also literally took a load off.

As a mother herself, she had a wealth of experience related to newborn care, which we really appreciated as first time parents. She observed our newborn while feeding and sleeping and made the suggestion to go up a nipple size on the bottles we were using to feed her, making the feeding experience much easier and faster for everyone involved afterwards. It also led to less gassiness and better sleep for our newborn. Finally, she made suggestions related to breastfeeding, getting our newborn to fall and stay asleep, and checked in on my mental wellbeing regularly. Thank you for your support during the challenging postpartum phase!
