Based in Northfield, MN, I serve families throughout the Greater Twin Cities, Rochester, and surrounding areas. I support all births and all bodies—at home, in birth centers, and in hospitals. Kat is an amazing doula. Just wonderful, I can't recommend her enough. She is so resourceful and helpful, I would voice a concern about something and she'd give so many options to help, as well as do research for me. It was such a relief to have that kind of help, just amazing. She is also wonderful with my daughter, great at soothing both of our nerves. Kat is the best.

Having Kat as a postpartum doula was an excellent decision for our family. It was a huge relief to have her around as we became parents for the first time. Most importantly, my partner was able to receive professional 1:1 postpartum support. Kat was inclusive in her care and educated me on ways to best support Natalie and our newborn after birth.
