Welcome, I'm Doula Kat! I am a trained DTI Full-Spectrum Doula. My mission as your doula is to provide unconditional and nonjudgemental support during your pregnancy, birth and postpartum journey. As a mother of two, I understand how important a birth team is. I am devoted to creating a peaceful environment where you feel supported, heard and respected. Along with your team, I aim to help you discover your birthing power, amplify your voice and advocate your choices. I also offer various childbirth education classes to help prepare you for pregnancy, birth and beyond. As a childbirth educator, my mission is to provide you with evidence-based teachings in a fun, interactive and down-to-earth environment. I aim for you to leave my classes feeling confident in your ability to make decisions for yourself, your birth and your baby. Outside of birth work, I enjoy playtime with my kids, backpacking trips, salted caramel lattes with a good record on, and spending time with friends
