2-Hour prenatal visits to assess your needs and desires for birth, provide useful tools for labor and birth for you to feel empowered and supported, spinning babies if needed, as well as establish your postpartum plan. fear release - A prenatal fear release is a process designed to help expectant parents address and alleviate fears and anxieties they may have about pregnancy, childbirth, and becoming a parent.
