As an Exercise Physiologist and certified Pre/Postnatal Performance Specialist, I've been helping birthing persons prepare for and recover from pregnancy, labor & delivery for the past 10 years. I serve with the American Heart Association as a Lay Stakeholder in Science & Research and with Penn State's College of Kinesiology as an alumni mentor.

With clinical knowledge of biomechanics and physiology, I train clients to thrive during their perinatal journey. As a dancer & intuitive coach, I help women connect with their body’s divine wisdom and use workouts to help prepare physically, mentally, and spiritually for birth. My programs train clients to prevent & manage pain, gain appropriate weight, and prepare for the requirements of motherhood. My services include: *Initial Consultation *2 Prenatal Visits (90 minutes each, in-person) *Prenatal Movement (workout) program with birth prep workouts and stretching sessions *1 virtual prenatal personal training session *1 virtual postpartum training session *Referral to Childbirth Ed, lactation, newborn care, and postpartum prep classes if needed *8am-8pm phone & email support during pregnancy (will answer at least within 2hrs) *On-call 24/7 weeks 38-42 *Physical & Emotional support during labor & birth *1 in-home visit postpartum
