Post a testimonial for Tasha Phifer

We hired Tasha for overnight postpartum doula support. Tasha was gentle and kind with our 6 week old daughter, knowledgeable but still very willing to take our input on how we wanted her cared for. She has a lovely singing voice and a presence that calmed our daughter.
Tasha was responsive, punctual, professional and very accommodating to our ever changing schedule. She was generous with her time, even agreeing to help us overnight the day before she was running a 5K race! I initially struggled with my milk supply and Tasha had helpful tips on positioning and other lactation support. We are grateful we found her

We cannot express enough gratitude for Tasha, our incredible postpartum doula, who has been an absolute godsend from the very beginning of our journey as new parents. From the moment we welcomed our first child, Tasha was there, providing unwavering support, guidance, and care that exceeded our expectations. Her expertise and kindness were evident in every aspect of postpartum care. Her lactation support was particularly valuable, helping me navigate breastfeeding challenges. She provided advice and hands-on support. She was always ready to lend a helping hand, whether it was offering guidance on newborn care, helping us establish a feeding routine, or simply being a compassionate listener when I needed to talk. Her dedication to our well-being and genuine care for our family were unparalleled. Tasha consistently emphasized the importance of staying hydrated and maintaining a balanced diet, even preparing nourishing snacks and meals. Her attention to cleanliness and sanitation around our home was helpful as I recovered from a long labor and surgical birth. She took care to sanitize bottles and pump parts, change bassinet sheets, and help with the baby's laundry (so much laundry!).
We were so grateful for Tasha’s flexibility. She was always accommodating to our ever-changing schedules (even offering overnight support, although we didn't require that). Her willingness to be available in ways that made sense for our new family made a world of difference, providing us with much-needed rest and peace of mind. Her warmth and positive energy were exactly what stressed-out and over-tired parents needed. She became an integral part of our family, and her impact on our postpartum experience was profound. We wholeheartedly recommend Tasha to any new parents seeking exceptional postpartum care. Her dedication, compassion, and expertise are truly unmatched.
Thank you, Tasha, for everything you’ve done for our family. We are forever grateful!

I am incredibly grateful for the post-partum support I received from Tasha P. From the moment she arrived, her warm and proactive nature made an immense difference. She instinctively knew when to step in, and her calming energy put me at ease, allowing me to fully trust her with my newborn, which is no small feat. She also provided support to my husband, always finding ways to lighten the load and make things easier for both of us.
Emotionally, Tasha was incredibly supportive. Having someone to talk to about the often unspoken challenges of post-partum life was a true gift. Her presence made a life changing chapter much more manageable, and I felt genuinely supported throughout. I wholeheartedly recommend Tasha and hope she remains a part of our lives for years to come.

Tasha is an extraordinary doula and an exceptional person. During the pivotal time of welcoming our new baby into the world and our home, Tasha was the ideal support for this new chapter of our lives. Her extensive knowledge of maternal and infant care, combined with her hands-on assistance with the baby and around the house, made her presence invaluable. She is particularly knowledgeable about lactation support and breast feeding. In addition, she is flexible and was able to jump right in to our home and family and help in every way asked and needed. Tasha's time with us was marked by warmth, gratitude, and perfection. She embodies trustworthiness, thoughtfulness, kindness, and intelligence. If we had to do it all over again, Tasha would undoubtedly be our only choice for a doula!

Tasha was our post-partum doula for 6 weeks starting in January with our newborn. She was the thread that helped sew our family together in those early days. I had an unexpectedly difficult delivery with my son and was experiencing not only enormous physical pain, but also emotional turmoil after going through such a traumatic experience. Tasha came into our home and brought warmth, support, compassion, empathy, and incredible skills to help take care of all of us. She mastered the care of our infant, and helped teach us what we needed to know to become confident in our ability to take care of him. She helped us figure out all of the new childcare gadgets, taking it upon herself to do additional research during her time outside of our home. She was adaptable as our needs changed, ever encouraging, non-judgmental. We enjoyed her company just as much as her help. Things she did spcifically to help us included infant care, overnight care, preparing bottles, cleaning and sterilizing equipment, provide breast feeding education and support, help us identify ways to improve sleep, helped mom with recovery/medical monitoring, prepare meals and mother's milk tea, tidy up the family room, childcare so we could nap or take a walk, companionship for walks, and provided mutual support for both parents through lots of laughter. I highly recommend Tasha, she is excellent and honestly I can't speak highly enough of her - I wish we could keep her on our team forever.
