We found Fanny at the very beginning of the second trimester. After our first conversation, I knew I wanted her to be my doula. She is professional, caring, personable and you can just feel that she loves what she does. We booked her for birth and 80 hours of postpartum because my parents are in another country and I knew I needed all the help and support I could get. Her calm presence made a huge difference when I was giving birth. As a first-time parent, I had no idea how to take care of a newborn. She taught me the most basic things such as how to change diapers and how to bathe a baby. She understands how hard it can be for moms, so she would also encourage me to take care of myself mentally and physically. I personally could not have done it without her help.

Fanny helped me rest and relax by expertly caring for my babe and home. Plus she offered a lot of gentle feedback that helped me streamline and save time with feedings. And her presence gave me confidence in my ability as a brand new mom!

I'm a new mom, and I had so many questions before and after my son was born. I was early to choosing a doula, and as soon as I met Fanny, I knew she was the right one for us. She is kind, patient, she listens intently and does research on topics we've discussed, even while we're chatting about said topic. She offers up help to my husband and me, even when we don't really have anything to do. I'm a very type-A person, and I didn't have to ask much of her. She taught me the easiest ways of sanitizing our bottles, we talked about different types of bottles and formulas- she's very knowledgeable and can articulate what she knows very well. I enjoyed her presence in my home while she watched my baby as I napped, showered, cleaned my home, ran errands, etc. My baby was always happy when she would visit and after she gone home- and my baby can be pretty fussy at times. We were so lucky to have had Fanny as our doula. I would recommend her for any household, any mom, baby and family. Thank you Fanny ???? we will miss you!

Fanny was very professional, informative, and wonderful to have as a post partum doula. She took care of not only our baby, but us parents as well. We valued the passion for education that Fanny brought, as she helped us better understand our baby and her needs. She taught me how to clip my baby's nails, and helped introduce tummy time. Fanny is a hard worker, is goal oriented to make sure she brings value with each visit, and anticipates what we need without having to be explicitly directed to complete any particular task. Overall we highly recommend Fanny!

We absolutely loved our time working with Fanny! ??????

From the get go, she came to our home to educate us on all things birth related and the choices we had to prepare us for our first baby in the hospital. We enjoyed her laid back but knowledgable personality and truly enjoyed her presence at our birth. We could not have labored for 46 hours without her support (physically and emotionally)!

She continued to check on me following the birth and came out to address feeding concerns and answer general post partime questions a few weeks later. I would recommend her to any friend or family who is interested in an additional support member on their team!

I don't think words can describe how amazing Fanny was as our birth and postpartum doula. Fanny is such a kind, heartwarming, and patient doula. Being a first-time mom I was so nervous about the journey that was ahead of me, but Fanny reassured me with positive uplifting conversations and helped me build the confidence that I needed. She was always there whenever I had questions about our son and was a true advocate while giving birth at the hospital. She helped me feel so comfortable as a new mom and was so great with our son. She helped our son with hitting his developmental milestones and was always available whenever we had questions. I don't know how I could've gone through pregnancy and postpartum without her. If we grow our family again we are certainly contacting Fanny to serve as our doula again!

My baby and I owe so much to Fanny. As a first time mother, the experience is so overwhelming. Both my husband and I don't have family nearby and by chance found Fanny while desperately looking for help after a number of sleepless nights. She came for a daytime shift and jumped right in to give us help not only with our baby, but also to us. She was supportive, informative, and brought much-needed encouragement and warmth to two very sleep-deprived and stressed out new parents.

Her approach was just the right amount of evidence-based advice as well as personal experience. I am so grateful to have had her be a part our babys first few weeks of life.

Fanny was our post partum doula for a few days when we weren't able to have family come help us after our daughter's birth. I'm so glad we chose her; she was wonderful and really helped us with our transition to a family of 4 during our first week at home after my C-section. She gave us great suggestions for taking care of our newborn and how to help our 20 month son transition to having a baby sister. She also made sure I was taken care of which was so nice - I got to nap, eat and shower every day she was with us; seemingly simple tasks that wouldn't have been priorities without her! I highly recommend Fanny to any family who needs help after delivery - she is very knowledgeable and truly listens to what you need.
