Katia is God sent! She was my amazing doula for my wonderful homebirth. She coached me, guided me and prepared me for child birth and held my hand throughout the entire process while giving me words of encouragement/affirmations and with her massages that made contractions easier. I will never birth again without her and highly recommend her for anyone that wants a homebirth. She has a wonderful personality, very easy to talk to and extremely educated. I can't thank her enough for all that she did for me and my baby. I pray that the Lord blesses her with the desires of her heart. Thank you thank thank you.

I knew I was wanting an Ayurvedic support during my pregnancy, but it was impossible to find where I live. I am so grateful to have found Katia, I was meant to come across her for the most perfect virtual support through the end of my pregnancy. It never even felt like we were miles away! I will be forever grateful for meeting Katia and her beautiful soul. Such a supportive and great experience for my pregnancy journey!

Katia was just exactly what I wished the doctor ordered! Ha! But really, I had the most beautiful experience partnering with Katia. Her Ayurvedic touch was just what I was looking for in a birth & postpartum doula and it was very apparent she knew what she was doing. As a new mom, I felt safe in her care. I felt held and incredibly seen. She listened to not only my every need, but also my partner’s and that made this transition into parenthood that much easier. I truly am grateful to have had the privilege of having Katia be a part of such a monumental moment of our lives and at this point, I don’t ever foresee me not having her be a part of any of my birthing experiences yet to come. Working with Katia was a dream come true! I was able to receive support from her through every stage - preconception with Ayurvedic bodywork and womb massage, throughout pregnancy with prenatal massage and doula support, during our incredible birth, and for 6 weeks postpartum.  It was an ideal plan, and Katia was phenomenal in every role. She has mastered her craft of offering bodywork, and is especially attuned to supporting women in every phase of the childbearing year. As our birth doula, she far exceeded our expectations of how much a doula can support the mom and family. She is able to tune into exactly what is needed in each moment, and knows when to step in to offer help and when to simply hold space. I was also especially grateful for her care in the postpartum time. Her visits would restore and nourish me so I could continue to heal and to care for my baby. I couldn't have wished for a more perfect person to be by my side during this profound year for myself and my family. I can't recommend Katia highly enough for any part (or better yet, every part!) of the birthing journey.

Katia was our doula for the birth of our baby boy. This was our first child and we had never worked with a doula before, but as we were doing a hospital birth, we thought it would be helpful to have a doula to support and advocate for us. We wanted to stick to our birth plan and feel supported through my choice to have an unmedicated hospital birth. We are so happy we decided to work with Katia! I truly think her presence was what helped me stick with my plan and trust the entire process.

Katia is so warm, empathetic and caring. Upon meeting her, we immediately felt at ease with her. She was flexible with prenatal visits and responsive to our needs and questions. She did a great job of helping both my partner and I feel prepared for what was to come.

During labor and birth was when she really made all the difference to us. She was so patient, calm, knowledgeable and responsive, and had so many strategies for helping my labor progress and move forward. She communicated with hospital staff to make sure my preferences were known and maintained. I really felt like I could trust her and both my husband and I felt so at ease with her throughout the process. She helped us stick with our birth plan and was a truly invaluable mental and emotional support for both my partner and I. I especially appreciate how she helped my husband be so involved, was so calm and confident, and how well they worked together as a team to support me. I truly felt cared for. Katia has a special gift for guiding people through their birth journey. Thank you for helping us become parents and making it such a positive, beautiful and unforgettable experience for us!!! We appreciate you so much!
