Keri came in to help me and my husband with our newborn son at the beginning of February 2023. She has been with us since then and still comes to help almost every Sunday. She is absolutely wonderful. I can’t thank her enough during this first-time parenting journey. She is always very prompt, reliable, patient, kind and knowledgeable. Our baby absolutely loves her and thinks she is a family member who comes to visit him every week. Keri is very polite and humble. She asks for specific instructions on the tasks that I write down for her. She goes above and beyond on a lot of things. For example, after she cut vegetables, she would put the lids on all of the containers and put them in the fridge. After she gave baby a bath, she would clean up the bathtub and put everything away nicely.  She was teaching us to grow with the baby as the baby’s schedule changes. Each month, Keri would ask us about baby’s wake window, intake of solids, and nap schedules. She is a great resource for us when it comes to our questions such as baby’s motor skills development, gas problems, sleep problems, breast feeding vs formula, teething caused discomfort and solutions etc. We really thank her for being part of us during this journey, and definitely recommend her to anyone who is considering post-partum doulas.

We have had the best experience with Keri!! She is incredibly professional, knowledgeable and has been fantastic with our newborn. As a first time parent, I was a little nervous about having a post partum doula help watch our newborn but I quickly knew I needed some help shorlty after giving birth. I interviewed with several larger agencies and just couldn't find the right fit. With Keri, the trust was instantly there. She is very genuine and has a very personable approach which makes you feel comfortable.  Whether it's overnight support or helping jump start the morning, having Keri has been the best experience for my husband and I as we navigate through parenting - and our little one is so good with her too! We are so thrilled we were able to find her and couldn't recommend her enough!
