This was my fourth delivery but the first one I was able to have unmedicated. I can attribute that accomplishment to the support that Christine gave. She supported me in several ways. First, by asking good thoughtful questions leading up to the delivery about what I wanted in this birth experience. She communicated clearly with me through the whole process. She anticipated needs large and small. She even had a tube of chapstick ready for me! She supported me physically with breathing exercises and counter pressure and back rubs and also had candles and an incense defuser to set a relaxing mood. After delivery she followed who with me several times, She made such a difference in me being able to have my baby the way I have always wanted to. I couldn't be more thankful dor her!
