Consultation 3 prenatal appointment On-call from 37th week until birth 1 postpartum visit:(includes birth celebrations, processing your birth story, and postpartum healing and recovery discussion) Lactation support Resources for you and your birth partner Evidence-based information in regards to your questions and concerns Unlimited emotional, physical, and advocacy support during labor Guidance and support to ensure your autonomy during the pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. Postpartum support and guidance via phone call, text, or home visit during the first four weeks after the birth.
