Words alone can't describe how incredible of doula Zarema is.

Not knowing much about the birth process, I decided to go with a doula. I was also giving birth for the first time and wasn't sure if my husband would be able to make the birth. Unsure of exactly how a doula might help, Zarema met with me early on to understand my desires and goals for the birth and labor process and help me achieve them. She provided multiple resources (books, podcasts, documentaries, blogs, etc.) to help me understand questions I posed to her, she helped me mentally and physically prepare for birth, and when my OB scheduled a last minute induction for medical reasons -- I was very disappointed, as I had planned to labor at home with Zarema and my husband as long as possible -- I ended up having the most amazing, almost natural birthing experience, thanks to Zarema.

Zarema's presence in the labor and delivery room with me was AWESOME. The way she subtly led me husband through assisting me, the way she somehow was in tune to every medical conversation going on in the room, the way she relayed information to me and ensured I understood everything, her snacks, her confidence in me, her love for the birthing process....the only words that come to mind are "blessed" and "magical."

Birth is the most amazing thing I've ever done. Zarema undoubtedly laid that foundation. I hope you and your partner get the opportunity to work with her!

If you are unsure about whether or not you need a doula during your pregnancy, I hope this review is a sign for you to move forward and hire a doula. Specifically, if you want a world-class support system before, during, and after your birth - hire Zarema.

Like most moms, I wasn't sure whether or not I should hire a doula. However, my first birth did not go as planned (they never do), and I knew I wanted to feel more in control for my second birth. I decided to hire Zarema to serve as my birth coach with the goal of having a better, more enjoyable experience than my first birth. Little did I know she would become so much more!

Zarema immediately became invested in my birth as if she was the one giving birth. She listened to all my needs, fears, and concerns and helped me develop a strategy and positive mindset for labor and delivery. She communicated to me all the different possibilities that could occur during birth and the ways we would react while still maintaining control over the experience. She not only worked closely with me, but she made it a point to meet with my husband to coach him to be a more supportive birth partner. WIth her preparation and guidance as a doula, and her amazing support during labor and delivery, I had the birthing experience of my dreams - literally everything I wished and hoped for happened during my birth. I absolutely attribute that to all the preparation and support I got from Zarema.

Not only that, Zarema's support did not stop after delivery. She was constantly checking in on me, reassuring me about my motherhood instincts, and ensuring I was getting enough time for self-care and healing.

There aren't enough words to express the amount of gratitude I have for Zarema. I promise you, hiring Zarema as your birth doula will be one of the best decisions you make as a family and a mother.
