I would recommend Dilpreet to everyone who seeks overnight postpartum doula support. She is professional, experienced and reliable. She took care of our baby with patience and we could fully let her take charge of everything at night. Dilpreet is knowledgeable with both newborn care and postpartum care for new moms. She helped me with pumping and identified early signs of mastitis, and offered breast massages on me which prevented my symptoms from getting worse. I could not thank her more for that!

Dilpreet showed full commitment to her work and to her clients. She arrived at our home on time and whenever (occasional) rescheduling was needed, she would always notify us in advance. She has a nice and easy-going personality and also supported us emotionally during the postpartum period. The communication between us went well and we think of her as a friend and someone we can trust. Her presence is a valuable part of our journey to parenthood, and we treasure the memories that we shared together.

We had a wonderful experience with Dilpreet. She is extremely professional and accessible, and eager to offer perspectives and resources. We had Dilpreet help with postpartum starting at 8 weeks and she was a dream!

From day one, Dilpreet gracefully entered into our family life without a blip and offered nothing but support, wisdom, kindness and friendship. She has tons of newborn knowledge and (other than my husband) is the only person I could really relax leaving my baby with. She's a total pro.

She also helped assess my breastfeeding latch and provided tips to improve and focused on provided comfort for me. She ensured that I did something for myself during every shift she worked (shower or a nap) which I would have not prioritized without her reminding me.

Dilpreet is the friend you didn't know you need....then get anxious about her last day right after meeting her, even if it is two months away.

We spoke to and worked with a few doulas prior to meeting Dilpreet and something always felt amiss.  Not with Dilpreet;  the whole family, especially my shy 3 year old, became fast friends with her.  Funnily enough, Dilpreet was the doula we did not "screen" prior and we slept peacefully as a family on her first night home.

Dilpreet carries an innate sense of strength and warmth.  She treated the baby with respect and tenderness, starting from greeting her every night as "hey friend".  My instinct sensed my 1 week old felt at home with Dilpreet.

Admittedly, it is an investment but one that goes such a long way for everyones mental health.  Along the way I gained a friend during a period of intense isolation and hormone changes.   She rooted for me in a sisterly sense and made me feel seen, mattered, at a time when our needs as new mums are often shelved.  With friends and family overseas, Dilpreet was my village.  Her grace and thoughtfulness is also seen in the way she folds laundry - ALL of it.

Work with her, have her by your side in any way you can.  At the least,  you will experience the joy of meeting a beautiful human which is massive in and of itself.

We miss you.

Dilpreet, THANK YOU DARLING!

When Dilpreet & I first made contact, she made sure to hear me out from the beginning. She wanted to know what i wanted from a doula & what i wanted my birth to look like. We had multiple conversations on how it would go & my expectations. As time went on, i went over my due date & the time came when I was in labor for a total of 36 hours & from the moment she got to my side, everything felt super comfortable! The hospital went from white room & scary to warm, dimmed, & comfy. Dilpreet advocated for me & "undoctored" stuff for me! When i had tunnel vision, she would suggest different movement, methods or environments. She checked up on us multiple times after delivery & gave me advice ok my breastfeeding journey which helped a ton!! If i were to have another child/birth i wouldn't have anybody else!!

Dilpreet was a pillar of support during my postpartum journey. I delivered two weeks early and she made sure to find pockets of time to support my baby, me and my family during these initial weeks, even though we had her scheduled for later. She was extremely gentle with my baby girl - swaddled her, pacified her when she was crying, changed her diapers, gave her a bath and taught us how to do so, held her while I could go take a shower, taught us all the swaddling techniques and much more. She also took really good care of me starting with filling up my water bottle, reminding me to hydrate and eat, giving me breast massage to avoid mastitis and answering our numerous questions that we had as first time parents. Dilpreet helped me navigate my breastfeeding journey - teaching me how to do hand expression, which size flanges to use for pumping, how to maintain feeding schedules, manage milk blebs and engorgement, etc. I am so grateful to have had Dilpreet's support during this time as it made the intial weeks after birth much more manageable!

Dilpreet helped our family from day 1 post birth. She is very experienced, empathetic and super patient. She cared for both my health and baby's health. I have a dog, Dilpreet came a couple times before the baby was born to get used to the house setting, familiarize with the dog and understand our requirements.

i was able to get rest, and truly leverage her support. She taught me feeding position, bathing the baby, cutting her nails, etc.

She is a great thought partner. My baby has colic so she brainstorm

ways To help her. And also look for

products (weighted sleep sac etc) to help her condition. She makes an effort post her hours to make sure we are doing okay.

I would recommend Dilpreet to every family.

Dilpreet suggested a free educational class to us that was a ton of help with giving us all the information and scenarios we’d need to prepare us for labor and delivery. Dilpreet was also very helpful with getting a birth plan together. And as my due date got closer, she was very hands on with showing us positions to try while in active labor and also made sure my partner knew what he could do to help me.

During my labor, Dilpreet came with everything I might need and was amazing with helping put pressure on my back while I was having contractions. My partner wasn’t putting enough pressure on my back and showed him how to do it properly to actually help me, and they took turns so they wouldn’t get too tired. Dilpreet was basically my main line of contact to the nurses if they weren’t currently in the room while my partner helped me through contractions. She was also amazing in making sure to check in with me/ inform me as decisions were being made during delivery. I honestly don’t know how we could’ve gotten through the night without her cause both me and my partner were only running on 2 hours of sleep!

I had what could be considered a traumatizing birth. Several things did not go according to plan. I intended to have a minimal intervention vaginal delivery with an epidural and was strongly against using pitocin. After 30 hours of labor - including severe preeclampsia, sepsis, 3 failed epidurals, lost blood work, and a faulty urine catheter - I ended up having a c section with general anesthesia. I have no doubt that without Dilpreet I would not have come away with such a positive outlook on my delivery. When my fever was peaking and I was burning up, Dilpreet made sure the bedside fans were pointed at me. She was constantly changing out cold wash cloths to lay over my forehead and back. When my dilation stalled at 6cm, she helped me change positions every 30 minutes to try to encourage progression. When my epidural failed and I had to go through 4 hours of pitocin contractions without relief, she coached my husband and I through each and every one.

With Dilpreet, even with so many unexpected obstables, I was both prepared and informed. In our prenatal visit she provided education on all routes of delivery, so I did not feel blindsided when things did not go the way we anticipated. She provided plenty of resources and was always checking in on me. I felt at peace with the decision to have a c section delivery because I know that with Dilpreets help, there was nothing I could have done differently.

Dilpreet is an amazing person and I would recommend her to anyone and everyone. She is kind, thoughtful,  and knowledgable. Her passion for doula work is clearly reflected in the quality of care she provides.

Dilpreet was a great doula who helped us with overnights for the first 5 weeks after our first baby was born. She's currently going to nursing school to get her CNM and was very knowledgeable about babies and postpartum motherhood. She helped coach me through my struggles with bonding, helping with baby gassiness, and learning baby's cues. She was also very responsive, respectful, and punctual. When she was ill or had a family emergency, Dilpreet made sure to reach out asap and immediately reschedule. I could not recommend Dilpreet highly enough. Please reach out to her if you're feeling anxious or exhausted already preparing for the arrival of your newborn!

Having our first child was going to be memorable no matter what, but the best decision we made as we prepared to become a family of three was hiring Dilpreet. Even though our birthing experience was not exactly as planned, it was a wonderful experience all the same thanks to Dilpreet. Her depth of knowledge about what was possible made choosing what was right for our family easy because she helped us quickly think through and identify all options. She also invested in getting to know us first during the prenatal visits, so she was able to help us prioritize and make decisions. We could not have delivered our baby girl without Dilpreet being by our side. She was encouraging, super hands-on, and helpful. Dilpreet was instrumental during my delivery, honestly not sure I could have gotten through in one piece without her! Even my husband was relieved she was there with us. She was calm, soothing, and the only person I focused on during the delivery. We strongly recommend using her as your doula without hesitation. She was also a great help during the postpartum visit when we were home with my newborn. Thank you for everything, Dilpreet!

We love Dilpreet! She supported us and our baby from when he was just 6 weeks old up until he was 4 months old. She provided exceptional overnight care and made our lives so much easier during these life changing months. She supported us by not only caring for our baby but also taking care of the laundry and cooking us amazing food. For the baby she helped with his diaper changes, bottle feeding, soothing, tummy time, and washing bottles. She is extremely sweet, caring and very hard working. Dilpreet is always willing to learn and takes feedback very well. We appreciated that she took care of us as the parents as well as our baby. We are so incredibly thankful we found her and highly recommend her to any family!

We took dilpreet's postpartum services for delivery of our second baby. During tough covid time / travel restrictions time while I could not get any family member to help me out, Dilpreet was our rescue.

We had a very unfortunate situation when myself and my daughter was tested covid + couple of days before out planned C-section. I could not even enter the hospital to support my wife during such delicate time. Dilpreet provided all the care for both my wife and new born.

She is extreemly professionally and very proactive in helping during whole time. She ensured my wife can sleep well and get rest at night and was kind enough to bring some hot packs and rash cream for my baby. She is a great person. I will definately recommond her.
