Working with Alejandra was the best choice we made throughout our entire pregnancy. From our very first appointment, she made it clear to us that she would support us in every way. We outlined our goals and she had vast knowledge and experience to help us achieve them. There were many complications throughout my pregnancy and she always knew how to navigate each obstacle. She was there for us 24/7 and always responded promptly. During labor and delivery, she truly shined. She gave every ounce of energy to me and made sure we did everything possible to manage my pain without medication. She was a huge advocate for me with my L&D nurses. I know that I couldn't have had a vaginal delivery without her. I was seconds away from getting an emergency C-section, but luckily, she was there to help guide me to the finish line. I truly believe that the support she gave me during pregnancy, allowed me to have the type of labor and delivery I wanted.

If you choose to do a photography session with her, you will not be disappointed. She captured the most amazing moments during my labor and the birth of our child. Things I wouldn't have gotten to see or remember otherwise.  I was a little leary about being photographed in such a vulnerable state, but I can honestly say that I didn't even notice her taking pictures. Now I'll have those moments to look back on forever.

Alejandra made sure to check on me and the baby several times after coming home. She came for my postpartum appointments ready to support me in any way possible, even if that was only for a friendly chat. Being a first-time mom; she was a true lifesaver in so many ways. Words could never express how thankful I am that we had her with us during our journey to becoming parents.

As a second time mom with a bad experience with my first, I knew I wanted a doula. I am so glad I not only had a doula, but one that was so passionate about the anatomy and process of labor. I honestly do not know what I would have done without Alejandra. Throughout my labor she constantly moved me around and had several tricks when my labor stalled. Even though my goal was to deliver naturally and untimely I ended with an epidural, Alejandra supported me through the whole process. Post delivery she made sure my team followed my birth plan by making sure my voice was heard. Postpartum she even assisted my newborn who had some tension by performing some body work for him. She is amazing! I am truly impressed by her abilities.

Hiring Alejandra as our doula was the best decision we could have made for our pregnancy, birth and postpartum experience. Her skill set and knowledge about birth and the body was so helpful in having such a smooth labor and delivery. Her warm and inviting energy brought exactly what we needed for support from beginning to end. I am so thankful we had Alejandra on our team, I truly don't know what we would have done without her. I interviewed several doulas beforehand and none of them felt like a right match until we found her. You will not regret your decision to hire her for your doula needs. The photos she captured for us were absolutely incredible too and something we will be able to cherish forever. I am so thankful to have found her and can't imagine our birth experience without her!

My experience with Alejandra was amazing! Our baby was in the NICU for 2 weeks and it was very difficult to establish breastfeeding. Once we brought her home Alejandra helped out so much and gave me confidence in breastfeeding my little one. Anytime I had questions or concerns she was always available to text/chat or come over. She was a great emotional support during labor for not only me but my partner as well. She is very knowledgeable and helped my partner and I to have the most memorable and special birthing experience!

Hands down, I want to experience birth like I did with my son again. But I could have never had the experience I did without Alejandra! She believed in me and what my body could do from day one, which always gave me hope that I was going to have the pregnant and birth I always want. She was there when I needed her through the whole pregnancy giving me tips and tricks to be sure I was getting baby into position. Though this was all great and what I needed, and helped when it was go time it was her knowledge and support at the end that was what this mama needed. I was now 40 weeks, I had been feeling contractions off and on for about two days, she FaceTimed me and made sure I was doing the exercises, positions, etc to get baby moving. I am now 40 and 3 days. I had been feeling contractions stronger now but nothing consistent. She came over to our home about 3-3:30, helped me breath through some exercises had me standing on my head and by the time 5:30 rolled around contractions we stronger than ever and I knew in my hear of heart Alejandra had helped me get babies head down into positron to get things moving. My contraventions were stronger and more frequent for sure but nothing consistent, 9:30 I called my mom to come stay with our daughter. I labored at home till about 10:50 (7 minutes from hospital). I checked into a bed at 11:02 (when my husband notified my midwife and Aljendra it was go time). I started pushing at 11:35 where I had the support of Alejandra helping me breath, cheer me on. She was amazing! And then I held my little man at 11:54. It was beautiful, magical, empowering, and a true belssing. All things that would have never come true without the help of Alejandra. Postpartum my little guy had a lot of tongue tie, lip tie issues and she stuck it out with my family, as we got through that and was always there for my little man whenever I needed her. She is and will forever be part of our family!

Now that I have gone through it I Highly recommend working with a doula and we could not have found a more perfect doula than Alejandra! She helped educate us as first time parents and really helped my mind and body prepare for the birthing process with her body assessment and guidance on stretches and movements to do during pregnancy and during labor.  She is so caring and brought some fun and laughs when we needed it most!  She is amazing at advocating for her clients and helping to explain pros and cons when the birthing process might not be going the "planned" route. I ended up with an unplanned c-section and felt calm and at ease with my partner and Alejandra by my side. She explained all that was going to happen and when our baby boy was born she had become as close to us as family by the end. She is also an incredible photographer and we have the most amazing memories of the entire delivery captured forever. In my opinion she is one of the best doulas around and you could not go wrong by having her supporting you during your pregnancy and delivery!

We hired Alejandra after debating whether or not to have a doula and I am so glad we did. As a first time mom Alejandra answered all my questions throughout pregnancy and helped me feel confident to advocate for myself in the hospital when we were there delivering our baby boy. She provided me with techniques and moves to help alleviate discomfort and that helped our breech baby flip so we were able to avoid a planned c-section. We loved how informative and supportive she was but in a way that empowered us to feel confident in our care and be in the driver's seat. She also isn't afraid to crack a joke and be real with you which I SO appreciate! 

We are so grateful Alejandra was a part of our son's birth and would highly recommend her as a doula! Especially if you're a mama that's feeling anxious about labor and delivery, she really helped me feel less and less nervous the closer we got. ♥?

I tell everyone my birthing experience would not have been the same without Alejandra. She was the perfect emotional and physical support that I needed to get through an almost 24 hour labor. My husband and I both loved everything about her, and she felt like part of the family there with us. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable, but she is kind and helped me feel safe and at ease the entire time. As a bonus, she's an incredible photographer who captured beautiful photos of our new family during one of our postpartum visits. We are so grateful to have found her, thank you Alejandra!!

Alejandra helped me with a successful vbac. I honestly do not believe I would have been successful without her! She helped me get baby in a great position with her intimate knowledge about bodywork. When it came time for baby she walked with me (literally) every step of the way. Between baby positioning and her magic hands providing counter presssure, I achieved an unmedicated birth. I thought for sure I'd be begging for the nitrous oxide, but it didn't even cross my mind. I recommend Alejandra for her wonderful passion with all things baby!

I've had the privilege of having Alejandra at 2/3 of my births. From our initial meeting, I could tell I picked the right person. She's very knowledgeable and has a huge passion for genuinely helping mamas achieve their ideal birth. She's also very down to Earth and laid back– all of which made me feel super safe during such a vulnerable time. After my 3rd baby was born, Alejandra applied her crainosacral training and certification to help us have a better tummy time experience. At the end of the day, I wanted people on my side that would advocate for me 100% before, during, and after birth. Alejandra was truly the perfect addition to my birthing team. I can't recommend her enough!
