I am so grateful that we found Jaci and hired her as our post-partum doula. She began working with our family when my son was 5 weeks old, and I only regret not having hired her earlier on!! Very quickly after she arrived at our home for our first booking, I felt like a friend was visiting and was so at ease. Jaci really does have a natural gift with babies. As a first time mom, it can be overwhelming to care for onseself after the marathon of birth and a newborn at the same time. Having someone in your village who is trustworthy, gentle, creative, and endlessly positive and understanding is a blessing. Jaci truly played a critical role in this important time in my little family's life and I can't recommend her enough to someone considering investing in a post-partum doula.

I was originally supposed to have a birth center birth with a seperate doula, who was already the second one I had had. They always say third times a charm! After being emergency induced, Jaci got there shortly after my water naturally broke and I had been on Pitocin for a while. While I wasn't sure how a hospital doula supported birth would work I am beyond grateful things worked the way they did and that God placed things in order. I was able to have as much of the birth I wanted that was possible and in the end I got the greatest gift of my life two days before my birthday! I wasn't even their original client, but I felt so comfortable and cared for in a situation that could've went any other way. While my birth experience wasn't what I expected, I truly believe having this doula and hospital birth team made the best out of my situation!

We love Jaci! Her calm and affirming presence during my postpartum period was so helpful and made figuring out life with a newborn much easier. We looked forward to her weekly visits to help care for and entertain baby, and give him contact naps so I could rest and take a break. :) Jaci is very knowledgable about all things baby, pregnancy, and postpartum -- what to expect, what's normal, encouragement, and a great listener. She is a pro at getting baby to sleep, calming him down when he's crying, playing with him when he's happy, and she's willing to jump in and help wherever needed. We recommend Jaci as a doula and would work with her again. :)

Jaci was our doula for our first baby. She was vital in my labor and delivery and am so happy we had Jaci there. She has such a calm demeanor and is so knowledgeable on all things pregnancy, postpartum and even breasfeeding. I had a super long and tough birth and Jaci was there from the beginning till the end - all 30 hours of it. She knew exactly what to do not only during my contractions but was emotionally and mentally supportive when it came to my fears, doubts, and uncertanties. She is so passionate about what she does! If we decide to have another baby, the first thing we will do is reach out to Jaci again.

Having Jaci as our doula was hands down the best decision we could have made. My only regret was not hiring her earlier in my pregnancy! She has the sweetest, calming presence, and knew exactly what to say and do through the birth of my little guy. She answered all of my questions with patience and grace, and so much knowledge. And by the off chance she didn't know the answer, she was so quick to help research answers for us. She was a blessing to have, and made me feel so much more comfortable and confident during my brith. And being able to depend on her for post-partum questions was a life saver. I hope to hire her for any and all future pregnancies! Thank you Jaci!

After doing some research during my pregnancy I decided I wanted a doula. I had read that research showed that outcomes were better for moms that used a doula. Jaci reached out to me and after a quick video chat, I knew she was the right fit. Jaci is very friendly and easy to communicate with. She provided exactly the support I needed. She also has a backup doula should something happen and she isn't available. When I had questions, she was only a text away. She didn't try to persuade me to do things that I wasn't interested in, but she made sure I had all the information necessary to make an informed decision. We had two in-person meetings before the baby arrived. During each, she showered my husband and me with her wealth of knowledge. I loved that she made sure to include him in the process. We set up a flexible birth plan but still highlighted a lower intervention route when possible. On the day I went into labor, Jaci was a rock. I labored at home until it was time to go to the hospital with Jaci making it as comfortable as she could. She performed so many hip squeezes and rebozo moves. She helped alleviate some of my nausea with essential oils and ensured I ate when possible. Upon arrival at the hospital, Jaci made sure the doctors and nurses knew our preferences and made sure my voice was heard. Ultimately, I did receive an epidural, but through the rest of the process, Jaci provided support to myself and my husband who appreciated her guidance. She stayed with us for over 12 hours at home and in the hospital. She truly made my first birth experience as comfortable as possible. I'm so appreciative of her knowledge and expertise. With Jaci's support, my husband and I welcomed a beautiful baby girl into the world.

I loved getting to know Jaci and felt very comfortable having her in my birth space. I was planning to have a VBAC but due to placenta previa, that was not the way things turned out. Jaci walked with me through grieving that diagnosis and making plans for a RSC. Baby girl made a surprise appearance on Mother's Day and Jaci made it to the hospital with very little notice when my placenta abrupted and I was rushed in for an emergency cesarean. Dad was able to go with baby to the NICU while Jaci met me in post-op. She kept me updated on baby (and dad updated on me) all night... and helped me though so much puking like it wasn't a big deal at all ?? It wasn't the labor support I imagined, but it was the post-delivery support I needed! I'm so thankful Jaci was with me on one of the toughest nights of my life.

Jaci has been my postpartum doula since October 2022. She came to me as a referral from my birth doula who had heard good things about Jaci from another doula who's client had PPD/PPA. When I called her asking for overnight help I was deep in the throes of PPD to the point of suicidal ideation. Our first phone consultation I answered crying and she took it in stride, eased my anxiety, and insisted she come over that night to ensure my husband and I got some rest. Unfortunately my PPD worsened and she didn't hesitate to take on 4x/week of overnight help as I was shortly after hospitalized. My husband and father ended up taking care of my 3 week old son during my hospitalization, and after some cheeky comments about how "We don't need a night nanny to help, your Mom did this herself with you!" My father turned a new leaf after only 1 night with Jaci in our home. As he said, "The second she walked in that door, I knew she would take good care of your baby".

It is now January 2023 and Jaci is still doing overnights for us as my son transitions out of the swaddle. She helped him eventually sleep through the night. We even had her spend a week or two in our home during the day to help sleep train our son. Jaci is on her way to a sleep consultation certification and in a short week helped our son (and me) get his naps under control. During the time she also gave me the time and space to adjust dosages of my medication I am taking for my PPD. It was a huge help to know that I had her there during the day to rest while I eventually figured out my perfect dosage.

At this point, Jaci is family. She has literally met all of my family, watched my son grow up, and spent many hours almost as my therapist as I tackled becoming a new mother. I know for a fact that she prays for me and my family regularly and simply can't recommend her enough as a doula.

Jaci was such a blessing during my first pregnancy/delivery experience! I was sure I wanted a doula in the dlivery room with me from the start, but finding the right match was a concern of mine. After speaking with Jaci on the phone, I knew she was the right fit. Jaci was so warm and welcoming, understanding of my concerns and happy and eager to ansewr ALL of my questions. She did extra research when it was necessary and consistently supported me as I got closer to labor. During labor, Jaci was so helpful and encouraging, which was exactly what my husband and I needed. She wasn't overbearing, but stood up for me and my birth plan. She also helped me with pain techniques and was crucial in the delivery process, as she helped my husband support my legs and talked me through contractions. I couldn't recommend Jaci more!

Jaci was our doula for the pregnancy and birth of our first baby. She met with us during the pregnancy to discuss our needs and answer all of our questions. She was always very kind, supportive, and helped with anything we asked of her. She was there for my entire labor and helped with everything during and after the birth before we could even ask. She's followed up postpartum and offered to continue to help us with anything we need. Our birth went so well and we feel so grateful for her, I would recommend her to all friends and family, she is the best!!!

Working with Jaci as my post partum doula has been an awesome experience. She is always at the door with a smile on her face and ready to help in whatever way needed. She is professional and really cares about her clients. I feel lucky to have found her and grateful for how she takes care of my baby and toddler. You won't regret hiring her to help you!

Jaci has been such a blessing to our family during the post-partum period.  We sought out night nanny care for our newborn to provide a couple of days of restful sleep each week. We were lucky to stumble upon her via a neighbor's recommendation, and she proved to be such a blessing to find.

She was professional, on-time, and was great with our newborn.  We had a set back with a hospital stay at almost 4 weeks which resulted in major reflux issues brought on by the antibiotics.... our easy baby was suddenly a fussy mess. She handled those rough nights with Grace and reassured me that she would not abandon ship (which was my fear).  She provided great infant care to my baby and her presence was such a great support to us during these tougher infant days when I was running on empty and anxiety.  I would highly recommend her to any family with a newborn!

My experience with Jaci was absolutely wonderful. She provided much information that helped us along our journey to be confident in labor and delivery. Although Jaci wasn't able to be there in the labor and delivery room due to Covid restrictions she brought me oils and coloring books and things to do while there. She gave me confidence the whole time and I knew that I could do it because of her kind words & information she gave me leading up to labor. She will never be a stranger and you'll never be a stranger to her she loves deeply, is kind and always makes time to be there just for you.

Jaci is an amazing postpartum doula! She was wonderful with our newborn baby girl during overnights and was a huge blessing because she allowed me to get some much-needed sleep when my husband was traveling for work. I felt very safe having Jaci in my home and she did a great job of keeping baby-girl fed, burped, and loved while I slept. She keeps track of feedings, diaper-changes, and sleep. I highly recommend her for anyone needing help with their babies!

Jaci has helped me with all three of my babies. She was there for the birth of my first baby 4 years ago and was a constant support through the very long 36hour process. Always keeping things positive and calm. She has been an incredible help from labor all the way through postpartum support and establishing a sleep schedule for baby.

She was with me via phone, FaceTime and text for my second and third babies. She  suggested different positions/exercises that helped me with the pain and with dilating progression. She even found videos of the position/exercises to send me which made it easier for me to understand how to properly do them. While my nurses and doctor were amazing, they didn’t seem to have (or at least didn’t offer) any options or suggestions on how to help things along more naturally.

Jaci is an amazing support person, she has a deep passion for helping mama’s and daddies enjoy the experience.

She is ready to step in and help in anyway she can, as a support during labor and delivery, helping postpartum, or working on getting baby on a good schedule. She has been such a huge help in all of these areas and my family is so grateful for her!
