I am eternally grateful to Trina for her support, knowledge, and guidance throughout the whole pregnancy and birth experience. I came to Trina as a first time parent with a lot of anxiety and fear around the birth. After our first meeting I was relieved to know that we would have her calming and loving energy at the birth, which ultimately led to a laboring environment at the hosptial that reflected just that. Our sweet baby boy joined the world spontaneously three weeks early, so even though my husband and I felt a bit mentally unprepared for his arrival so soon, Trina guided both him and I beautifully through the whole process. Looking back, she helped create an incredibly positive experience, when I thought it could never be that given my low pain tolerance and fear of giving birth. We feel so blessed to have found her when we did!

My hope is for all future (first time) parents and mommas to have the support and care that she provides, it truly made the world of difference. Thank you so much, Trina!

Trina was such a blessing to us both prenatally as well as during our birth. She has a genuine desire to care for and support her clients which is immediately sensed. She was so available via text and phone whenever we had questions, had great resources in print and via links, and when the time came for her to meet us during labor was quick to come to our side. During the actual birthing process, Trina helped relieve my husband of the many duties he was trying to do on his own (feed me, give me physical support, emotionally support me). She also provided a calming presence and helped relieve my pain, give me encouragement, and guide my breathing. I don't think we could have gone through with a natural birth,without medication, without the support and wisdom of Trina! My husband, our son, and I are so so thankful for her and would highly recommend her services!

Trina was a wonderful calming presence throughout my pregnancy and birth experience. She provided guidance and encouragement leading up to delivery and worked side-by-side with our midwife team to help bring our baby into the world!

When we started looking for a doula, we knew exactly what we wanted in our doula and what we wanted the relationship to look like. After interviewing Trina we knew immediately that she would be the perfect fit. Trina was so encouraging of our birth plan throughout my whole pregnancy and always available whenever I had questions. She became our friend. When my water broke, I went from a 1 to a 9 in 3 hours and she was at he birth center by the time we got there. I labored for 15 hours at the birth center, got transferred to the hospital where I labored for 12 more hours and pushed for 4.5 of those, and ultimately had to have a c-section due to complications, Trina was by my side through all of it! She even stayed with my family in the waiting room while I was in surgery and didn't leave until she heard that baby was here. She's an amazing source of wisdom and encouragement throughout pregnancy and labor. We could not have asked for a better doula and I cannot recommend her enough!

If you are considering working with Trina, do yourself a favor and hire her! She attended the birth of my second child at a local birth center and I could not be happier with her support. Trina has a warm, personal touch and you can tell she genuinely loves supporting her clients. Our prenatal visits were lovely and never felt rushed. During the actual birth she was invaluable. I was in active labor when she arrived at the birth center and she never missed a beat - walking right in and supporting me through my next contraction. She meshed immediately with what was happening in the room and with my midwife team. The mark of a true professional! I hope she is available for my next birth because, in my opinion, she is imppossible to replace.

The birth of my first child had a lot of ups and downs to say the least, however through it all it was great to have the support of Trina there. My husband and I both felt fully supported by Trina and even though our whole medical team was great, it was amazing to have the support of Trina, knowing that her goal was just to support us, to have our back, and to make sure that we didn't feel pushed into something that we didn't want. I know that my husband also appreciated being able to have the occasional coffee and food break. The thing I really appreciated the most about having Trina as our doula was that she had real-life experiences that were relatable.  I feel like Trina helped prepare me for birth both mentally and physically. One of the biggest encouragements that I received from Trina was that she wanted me to have my birth experience to be a positive one regardless of what unexpected situations may happen and I can say with Trina by my side it was just that! I would encourage all first-time mothers to hire a doula and hire Trina!

Trina was so supportive and wonderful from the first email to the postpartum meeting and everything in between. She was always ready to answer questions and provide support. With her help, I was able to have the natural birth I wanted even when I was put on pitocin. 

Not only was she an incredible asset for me but my husband talks about how big of a difference she made for him as well. Trina made it possible for my physical and mental needs to be met so my husband could focus on being my emotional support. 

I would absolutely recommend Trina to anyone looking for a doula and hope to use her again for my next baby!

We absolutely adored Trina for our home birth. She was incredibly helpful during my pregnancy, giving me tips & tricks on what I should work on in my workouts to help with L&D & recovery, as well as answer whatever questions I had, and help me figure out a game plan for my home birth. I had given birth to one other son in a hospital, so her expertise & comfort was unmatched since she had gone through it herself several times, as well as many other mamas. 

during my (LONG) early labor, she was in my ear all day checking in to see how I was, and was at my home before I knew it when I needed her. She was so good at being able to tell exactly what I needed, whebther it was a sliced apple or warm water down my back. She worked so well alongside my midwife & assistant, whom she hadn't ever met before. 

In the days and weeks after our sweet boy was born, she checked in on us regularly and even brought us a meal after our meal train had finished, along with making sure we didn't need any help/advice concerning baby & breastfeeding. 

HIGHLY recommend.

I combed countless doula websites and read a lot of reviews before a friend recommended Trina to me.  Our first conversation on the phone confirmed that she was the perfect fit for our family.  Trina is thorough and direct and also laid back and gentle. My husband and I met with Trina twice prior to labor and learned so much from her in those sessions.  Beyond covering the details of labor stages and sorting out a birth plan, we thoroughly enjoyed getting to know Trina through the whole experience.  I was thankful to have the peace of mind that Trina would be there for the labor as our advocate, fully capable of interfacing with the hospital staff on our behalf.  She thought of the details like candles in the hospital bathroom during a bath and photos of our first moments with baby girl.  I was able to accomplish my goal of an unmedicated birth thanks in large part to Trina's guidance and her calming presence.  I recommend Trina without reservation!

Hiring a doula was the best decision my husband and I made when I planned to have a natural unmedicated birth. And Trina was more than we had even hoped for. Because this was our first baby it was a bit intimidating but Trina always left us feeling encouraged and confident after each prenatal visit. During my birth her calming spirit and encouragement was just what I needed. I truly think I was successful at natural childbirth due to her and my husband's support. Her guidance helped my husband be the best he could possibly be for me and I'm beyond thankful. So blessed she was a part of our little girl's entrance into the world.

Trina was such a wonderful doula both leading up to and during my labour and baby's delivery. She's incredibly warm-hearted and personable and knows exactly how to match the energy in the room. During our visits, it felt like I was hanging out with a friend and it was was so easy to feel comfortable with her. She made my husband and I feel much more prepared for the experience by walking us through what we could expect, and she paid particular attention to finding out my wants and needs around birth and made sure they were taken care of on the day of. She was always readily available via text and was very happy to research and send me things when I had questions about anything. On the day of itself, she was a rockstar with making sure I stayed comfortable and hydrated, including my husband in the process, and keeping the atmosphere relaxed. She even found time to take pictures on my phone throughout my labour (with my permission of course). Hiring her as my doula (aka birth fairy as I now think of her looking back) was the best decision I made for my birth experience and I highly recommend her to anyone who is thinking about having one at theirs!

Trina was absolutely amazing during the birth of our daughter Evalynn. I never knew I needed a doula until my sister in law HIGHLY recommended Trina. I did more research and a consultation with her and I was sold! She was exactly what we needed for my family and was there in support and great advocate for not only me but for my husband and mom who were also in the room during delivery. She has a very calm approach to birth and has answered any and all questions I had during pregnancy, labor, and even post partum. I cannot recommend Trina enough for how much she has done for my family. We honestly couldn't have done it without her!!

Trina was warm, kind, and calm, and a lovely addition to my birth support team. She held space for both me and my husband to discuss our hopes and fears about my birth with her, and offered her understanding and reassurance. Trina was willing to help support us however we needed her in the moment- whether that was watching our 2-year-old, or staying at my side during labor. She's also experienced a variety of births herself, so was able to relate to our first experience in the hospital, and second experience at home. I also appreciated that she took the time to meet me at a park for a playdate before I hired her. It's so nice to get together in person to make sure the connection feels good for something so intimate! I'd highly recommend her. :)

My husband appreciated having another support person available to us, not only to support me, but to also support him, as he was a bit concerned about possibly having another problem or hospital transfer in our second pregnancy. My husband's words: "She's calm and kind and gentle."

Trina was an absolute angel to have by my side as I conquered the labor and delivery of my son earlier this year. She was altogether confident, reassuring, calming, and attentive to what I wanted and needed. I had severe back labor and it was so helpful to have her applying pressure and massage during contractions and suggest different positions for comfort, as well as guiding my husband to assist me in the best ways possible. She was there by my side through all of my pain and the messiness of birth and I look back with such gratitude and relief that she was a part of bringing my son into the world!

I was blessed to partner with Trina as my doula for the birth of my daughter, Daphne. Trina was professional and respectful, but laid back and easy to talk to. She asked great questions during our pre-birth chats, and seemed genuinely concerned that my needs were met and I received quality care and support during my birth. Trina checked in consistently as my due date approached to offer encouragement and advice to help me prepare mentally and physically. When I went into labor things progressed rapidly - it was a short and intense birth. Trina made it to my house quickly, snuck in quietly, and supported me precisely as I hoped she would. Having her there to coach me truly helped me to stay calm and focused when I was feeling overwhelmed. Trina stayed after the birth to make sure we were settled in, and diligently checked in on our family afterwards to confirm that we were receiving the care we needed in those first days with our new baby. I really enjoyed having Trina on our birth team, would confidently recommend her to any woman looking for knowledgeable and compassionate doula care!
