Where do I begin? 

Adama was a phenomenal doula. From our prenatal meetings to our postpartum visit she was professional and knowledgeable. She made it a point to ensure that my husband and I were comfortable with her before I went into labor. Throughout my labor experience, she was encouraging and offered a myriad of labor positions along with pain management tactics. My delivery experience did not go as planned, and while I was indeed scared, Adama was a calming presence. She let me know that everything was going to be ok, and it was! I truly could not imagine my birth experience without Adama. She was a wonderful addition to my birthing team and I know that she will be an exceptional addition to yours.

Adama was a great addition to my birth team. Her presence was much needed and appreciated. She was incredibly helpful. Her knowledge about various positions to facilitate the labor and various pain management alternatives was phenomenal. I would choose her for subsequent births in a heartbeat. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for an awesome and knowledgeable doula.
