Madison was not only my doula, but a sweet friend who was present for the births of both my children. She was constant support throughout my pregnancy, labor/delivery, and postpartum experience. I had a hospital birth with hopes of going into labor naturally, but my baby had other plans for us. Regardless of that, she designed and modified a birth plan to fit my situation. Maddy worked alongside my midwife and nurses wonderfully and I felt truly supported throughout the whole delivery. She helped me to and from the showers, reposition on the birthing ball/bed, made sure my essential oils were diffusing, and was such a peace to have in the room. I can't sing her praises enough and I know she's who I'll call if we are blessed with another child in the future.

Where do I even begin??

Chateau Doulas was my saving grace from the very beginning to the end of this pregnancy! We live in a very small rural city and I feared it would be impossible to find a birth team here. Madsion and Chateau Doulas services the North Georgia area and drives to many clients all over! I was thrilled to find out she was able to work with me at Habersham, Gainseville, or my home (wherever I chose to deliver). She is incredibly kind hearted, knowledgable, non-judgemental, and caring. She was quick to answer any of my questions through out my entire pregnancy and was immediatley available to help me through my 29 hour labor haha! I truly do not know what I would have done without her! She was able to give me the confidence I needed to labor at home through the night.. When I got to the hospital (the second time) I was 8cm dilated! She was there to help me all the way through to the final push...she took videos and photos that I will cherish the rest of my life, she stayed and helped me after birth with breast feeding and to make sure we were all taken care of and settled, and she then left with my placenta to encapsulate for me!! -- the fact that she can also do placenta encapsulation as well is a HUGE plus! She was able to encapsulate it and drive it to our home within 48 hours of my birth! I was shocked. I have been taking them since then and am really loving it. She has been available to me throughout post partum as well. I feel honored to have had her with me through my first pregnancy and will be using her again in the future!
