My husband and I contacted Ashley to help us with sleep training our 5-month old son. We had a free consultation, then decided to formally work with her. She offered us a 2 week package which started with a form for us to fill out, followed by an intro call and a customized sleep plan based on our son's specific situation. We had unlimited access to Ashley via text and phone over the course of the 2 weeks, and she made minor adjustments to the plan based on how things were going. She was kind and compassionate, and cheered us on through the whole process! After working with Ashley, we feel so much more confident in tackling sleep moving forward; and most importantly, now that our son is actually sleeping, he is so much happier when he's awake! I strongly recommend working with Ashley for your infant sleep needs - she saved us!

If I could gift every new mom Ashley I 100% would!!! As a first time mom I was completely overwhelmed at the thought of being alone with a newborn all day while my husband had to work. Even before officially meeting Ashley in person she was able to put my mind at ease and made me feel instantly like I had a support system to help me navigate motherhood. Having a baby is rough and Ashley was there for whatever I needed; naps, a hot meal, shower time, laundry, an emergency epsom salt run, you name it! You can tell that Ashley loves her job and it shows through the care and kindness she shows you. On top of that, she truly is a baby whisperer because everytime my baby would fuss or have any issues Ashley could calm him down. We initially booked her for 6 weeks but when we had the option to extend her to 8 weeks we jumped on the opportunity. She is a wealth of knowledge and was able to help me increase my milk production and give me lots of good baby knowledge I didn't even know I didn't know, haha. Having Ashley around gave my husband and I the opportunity to figure out our new groove with our little dude without feeling stressed or overwhelmed. I feel like Ashley left us with a solid foundation for raising our little one and we couldn't be more grateful. If your on the fence about hiring a post partum doula don't be! And definitely make sure you use Ashley. She is a wonderful human being and an amazing support during those first special months with your newborn.

We were SO lucky to find Ashley to be our post partum doula. As first time parents, my husband and I really wanted to have someone around to help show us what to do and give us some relief... We had no idea just how valuable that relief was going to be. Ashley came in like an angel, giving us the opportunity to shower and sleep while taking incredible care of our daughter. She also helped us with tons of firsts, trimming nails, giving baths, trying on wraps, it helped give us so much more confidence. She was also amazing at responding to texts between visits and even accommodated schedule changes when we needed it. She was also wonderful about giving us tips and tricks, but also completely supporting whatever was most comfortable for us, never making us feel at all dumb for not knowing things or needing help with basics. If you're on the fence about getting a post partum doula, I can tell you we were so glad we did! And if you're on the fence about who to book, book Ashley, I can't imagine anyone better. We can't recommend Ashley enough- we'll definitely be booking her again for any future children!!

While looking for a post partum doula, I was immediately drawn to and impressed by Ashley's remarkably fast response times and professional organization. Hiring her was effortless and streamlined. Originally when looking to hire someone, I thought I would want help for 2 weeks, maybe 4 if I wanted extra time. We decided to just book for a full 6 weeks and I am so glad we did. She has only been gone a week and we already miss her! She bonded quickly with our toddler and was able to get our newborn sleeping in her bassinet reliably almost immediately. I didn't need much help with organizing because I did a good job storing everything after my first, but I needed constant help with tidying and housework. Ashely came in every day on time and quickly assessed what needed to be done and had it taken care of right away. There were days when I ran out of things to ask her to help with, so I would just use the time to rest and nap while I knew she was watching over my baby. Even as second time parents, there is still a ton of things we have forgotten about or fallen out of practice on (why is swaddling so hard?!). Ashley quickly brouht us up to speed with current best practices aligned with the AAP. I won't hesitate to recommend a post partum doula to everyone, but if Ashley is available she is worth every penny if not more. Thank you for being such an integral part of our lives at a vulnerable time!

Ashley is absolutely amazing. Our family leveraged her for sleep coaching support for our four month old. In two weeks, she transformed his sleep. She is easy to work with, very professional, and knows her stuff. It was very helpful to partner up with Ashley during this rocky sleep transition period and to know I had someone (that's not my husband) who understands and to help guide/pivot to establish a sleep plan for my son. Now, he follows the schedule to a tee, puts himself to sleep, and always wakes up smiling.  I highly recommend!

We had some hesitations about starting a sleep training program going in, but were over them by day 3 and our baby started sleeping through the night in two weeks. We're so glad we had Ashley guiding us along the way, or we would still be struggling with all nighters. Highly recommended.

Hiring Ashley was the single most important thing we did before having  our second baby.  We didn't have a registry, we didn't have a baby shower, and we didn't have a nursery set up. I barely bought diapers before baby came.  But we had lined up Ashley early on and it made everything post partum better than I could have imagined.  Ashley has a very special way of providing guidance and wisdom without being pushy, judgmental, or "right." She is able to respect your role as a parent while also helping navigate the scary, overwhelming and sleep-deprived post partum period every step of the way.  She was able to assist us with feeding and sleep questions (I chose not to breastfeed for personal reasons, which she totally respected and didn't question), made us amazing meals, wrapped all of our Christmas and birthday gifts beautifully (she is so gifted at wrapping!), helped organize all of our bottles, diapers, and baby clothes, helped with laundry and light housekeeping, and most importantly, took care of our sweet baby boy all night for 36 wonderfully blissful nights.   She was always on time and never cancelled once.  I could absolutely rely on her, which provided me some desperately-needed consistency in my life.  I would choose Ashley over and over again as our doula. She's amazing!

Ashley was nothing short of amazing. Carter struggled with sleep and she was able to get him down within minutes and educate us on how to do that too. As a new mom it's hard entrusting your newborn to anyone but our baby Carter to so well to her! I for once felt comfortable being able to enjoy a few minutes of self time knowing he was in such good hands. She also shared so many other educational tips from pumping, feedinf, changing, sleep patterns, incorporating different formula to supplement and server as a great ear for a first time nervous mom! Even after the care she was always available via text and call. I would do this all over again except with more Ashley time!

There wasn't a day we didn't look forward to having Ashley come help us. She is truly a kind, gentle soul, just the person you want taking care of your child while you get some rest. Bringing home a new baby is never easy, but Ashley makes it a little more manageable and takes care of the family as well by making breakfast, helping with laundry, dishes, etc. She was amazing in every way and we were sad to see her go!

We couldn't be happier with the outcome of our experience with Ashley! Our 13 month old daughter had been going through a terrible sleep regression for several weeks. We were sleep deprived and desperate. It was so bad that, I have to admit, I was skeptical that anything would work.
Ashley had our daughter sleeping through the night by day 3 of our sleep plan. Not only is she sleeping great, but she is eating better and is all around happier. I love that it was customized based on our daughter's needs and Ashley made herself available to us by phone and text day and night. She even gave us tips on naps, meals, and day time activies. I would highly recommend working with Ashley!

It was such a blessing to have Ashley for the first couple of months of our 2nd baby's life! She was always punctual, consistent in her energy and care and full of knowledge. She really took care of our family and whether it was preparing delicious snacks and meals, playing with my 7 year old (who LOVED her), accompanying me to stressful Dr. appointments or tending to baby, she gave her ALL. We are sad to have our contract end but to think that just 2 months ago I had my c section and could not even walk well or nurse without anxiety to now, where I am able to run my business, exercise, spend time with my husband and daughter and exclusively nurse my baby stress-free says A LOT about her presence in our lives. Ashley is the perfect balance of professionalism, warmth and support and any family would be SO lucky to get her!

I just finished my last virtual session yesterday. I don’t know how I’ll ever be able to thank her for all she did for me. Being a new mom, especially after a NICU stay, honestly shook my confidence to the core. Her gentle approach to listening, hearing, and validating my emotions gave me a safe space to let the fog lift and realize the potential in myself to be a great mother. She provided me with compassionate and personalized advise that helped me find my own confidence, and helped me realize the amazing village I have all around me to help me on this journey of motherhood. Her sleep training coaching was tailored to my specific comforts and concerns, and through her help I was quickly able to get my son on a consistent napping and sleep schedule. I can’t say enough positive things about this experience, and encourage anyone who is a new mom to reach out to her. This was one of the best decisions I’ve made as a new mother.

I was truly blessed for Ashley to be referred to me as a Doula. She was a joy to work with. Always pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable, and dependable, there wasn't more I could ask for in a Doula. I appreciated the way she proactively looked for ways to help in the areas needed such as organizing my kitchen space, doing the laundry and assembling some of my daughter's toys. On days I was exhausted, I felt comfortable finally resting knowing Ashley was there to keep my baby comforted and busy with developmental task such as tummy time. She loves what she does and it shows.  I highly recommend her.

Ashley is a godsend for the new parent. As a single, first time mother, I was totally shell shocked by my fourth trimester. With Ashley's support, I am now confident and competent. Ashley is a wealth of knowledge, but she never overwhelmed me with information. From day one, she assessed what needed to be done and gently went about helping me and my baby- with organization, developmental play, postpartum care, etc. Everyday she left me better prepared, well fed, and in a more positive mood. Moreover, she's a joy to be around. I can't sing her praises loudly enough. She's truly wonderful.

Everyone I know, who had a postpartum doula reccommended hiring one. Being it was my first pregnancy , I was anxious and uncertain of what to expect. I interviewed a few local doulas and then was reccommended Ashley. We immeditately connected. She was kind and knowledgeable and I appreciated that she asked my husband about how he was feeling as well in regards to the roller coaster of emotions we were feeling before becoming parents. Ashley began working with our little family 3 days after our daughter, Emma, was born in June 2018.  Ashley was always punctual, patient, and present. The "3 P's" my husband and I called it! haha No matter how many questions we asked or uncertainites we had, Ashley sat with us and calmly walked us through it all. She also always informed us, but let us choose the right parenting style that was right for us. That is what we really appreciated. She is a big advocate for parents parenting how they see fit and always supported us. Ashley was gentle and sweet with Emma. She was very interactive with her and you can tell she loves being around babies- even when they're crying nonstop! haha

Ashley has a wonderful way of explaining and informing but not pressuring that one way is better than the other. We initially purchased only 72 hours from her, but soon realized we werent ready to let her go when the time the contract ended. Luckily for us Ashley had an additional 2.5 weeks available before her next client so we bought all her time up! lol Though both Shawn and I agreed that she had built of confidence up as parents, we just felt so comfortable with her and wanted to pick her brain more before saying our goodbyes.

Ashley is a wealth of knowledge and easy to be around and talk to. We are truly appreciative of her and what she brought to our family. I would highly reccomend her (whether virtually or in person). She's wonderful!

My wife and I went through a very long and difficult 5 year journey trying to get me pregnant. After numerous attempts and lots of tears, I finally saw those two red lines on the pregnancy test! We were estatic. Nine months later we gave birth to our perfect baby boy. But after years of anxiety and preparation for the BIRTHING process we realized we had placed all our focus on the pregnancy and delivery aspect and were grossly unprepared for postpartum!

My friend and her husband had used a postpartum doula when they first gave birth to their baby and I remembered the relief and gratitude they would always express. After chatting with her a bit more, we were convinced it was the right decision.

My wife and I interviewed multiple postpartum doulas and while many of them were great, we immediately felt a connection with Ashley. She was kind and understanding and nonjudgemental. She was also just so confident in her skills and it was apparent she loves what she does!

During the time Ashley was with us, she was incredible. She sat with us during the overwhelming and tearful times and clapped for us during the happy times! She was so supportive and gave us so much confidence as moms! She didnt bombard us with information but made sure the thinsg she informed us about was rellevant and easy to remember. She is generous and thoughtful and really became an integral part of our little family.

Being a mom has been one of the hardest but most rewarding experiences of my life and having Ashley's help truly did make it an amazing beginning.

My wife and I struggled for the first 2 weeks of baby being born. I never knew what or who a doula was. Now I realize that Doulas should be in the forefront of every new parent's experience.

We called about 3 different Doulas that we researched and was referred to us. The reason why we went with Ashley was because she was the only one who really asked us about our family values and our cultural values, it was very very important to us.

She also involved me in a lot on what her and my wife were working on which felt very inclusive especially being a new father. This was my favorite part.

We stayed on the same page the whole 4 weeks she was with. We wanted to extend so she offered her online services to us which we are still using and we love it.

I feel like she has become a good family friend and this is the vibe we've felt from her from the beginning.

Thank God for Doulas and Thank God for Ashley.

So excited that Ashley decided to join a doula match service so even more parents can have the opportunity to work with her! I have been working with her virtually now for over a month and although I wish I could work with her in person (she is only working with one family at a time in person due to Covid), I am so grateful to have her  virtual services!

At first I wasn't sure virtual assistance would be sufficient but from the very first time, we talked I knew she would be a huge asset to our family and our transition into parenthood. Not only has she been a tremendous help with what to expect as our little one grows, she has also been an amazing emotional support. She never judges and makes me feel so confident in my parenting choices (even if at times, i doubt myself lol).

Ashley is extremely knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and such a pro! From navigating changing family dynamics to newborn care to self-care, Ashley has been such an incredible support along my journey. She's even taught me how to babywear virtually!

It is so apparent that she loves what she does and her true passion for helping parents. We are truly blessed to have her part of our tribe.

So glad that Ashley finally decided to join a doula match service because now more awesome parents have the opportunity to work with her!!

Though I wish I could be working with her in person (she is only working with one family at a time in person because of Covid), I have been her virtual client now for over a month and her help has been immeasurable! I wasn't sure if virtual help would be sufficient, but our weekly Zoom calls are something I SO look forward to. She's even taught me how to babywear virtually!!!

Ashley is extremely knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and such a pro! It is apparent that she loves what she does and truly wants to help new parents. She has never made me feel judged or incapable (even at times where I felt I was lol). Not only are our sessions packed with loads of HELPFUL (not overwhelming) information, she has also been an incredible support system for me emotionally. From navigating new family dynamics to sibling adjustment to self-care, Ashley has been there through ever tear, frustration, and happy moment.

I am beyond grateful for her expertise and gentle approach as I transition into my new mommy role! She has been a true treasure for our family.

If you're interested in the slightest with working with a Doula, work with Ashley.

When we first started working with Ash, we had no idea what we were getting ourselves into. We knew we wanted help, but wasn't sure how to go about it with our first child. That said, we did our research (which was ALOT, mostly because that is how my partner tends to be :), and came across Ashley who became such an integral part of our adventure as we went through it together. Our experience with Ashley was a rollercoaster of emotions, she taught me to feel comfort in uncomfortable situations, she guided me through crazy wild days and nights in breastfeeding, bottle feeding (I didn't have much milk supply), and she cared for both me and my family in a way that felt natural.

Strengths in Ashley - her style fit and adjusted to my style. I tend to be more particular than most (I just can't help it! :), but her help never wavered and it just seemed comfortable. She literally took care of me, so that I could better take care of the life we just brought earthside. She listens, she's patient, she's super strong willed (which I need), and she was able to understand what I needed sometimes before I even knew.

Weaknesses in Ashley - if you can even consider it one, I grew dependent on her. :) In the best way possible - she did share all the tools from her back pocket that I needed though, so it was still a win for me.

Ash is a true expert in her field, and I would do it over and over again with her if given the chance.

I had a tough time after my first pregnancy and knew that any additional support the second time around would make a huge impact on my experience and overall bonding with my new babies. Ashley’s help and support was immeasurable. Not only was she knowledgeable about the needs of my newborns but she provided the emotional support for me when all focus was on the babies. I did have a bit of postpartum depression and she helped me feel normal while ensuring that I was doing everything I needed to bond with the twins.

I highly recommend Ashley and can’t say enough about my positive experience.
