I first met Marcy at a Christmas Party in 2019, her husband and I work together. When I was having issues breastfeeding after my son got home from the NICU, Marcy and I reconnected, and I am so thankful we did. I had been to see a Lactation Consultant a couple of times so I knew there were no medical issues related to my breastfeeding, however, I could not get my son to latch properly. With Marcy's help and guidance, not only was I able to get him to latch, but she spent time teaching me and my fiance various feeding positions which was also extremly helpful. She was also able to provide us with some information on timing of awake windows and daily naps schedules which was nice for me as a first time mom to have as a reference.

Marcy takes the time to get to know her clients and she genuinely cares about the whole family. She would go out of her way to check in with me during the week, and also to research new things for us to try. She is very knowledgeable and is able to offer her knowledge and experience without passing any judgements. If we decide to have another child, I would absolutely work with Marcy in the future!

With two weeks left in my maternity leave, we called Sleep Well Mama. Our 11 month old only nursed to sleep, napped for less then an hour at a time, and woke up frequently throughout the night (leading to co-sleeping and lots of kicking).
If work and day-home were going to be successful, we needed help. Fast!
In less than two weeks, Marcy coached us to success. We learned our little one was very overtired. After Sleep Well Mama, our boy slept 11 hours a night, plus 2+ hour naps. Crazy!
The tools given to us in those two weeks continue to play an important part in our parenting lives. At 2 years 3 months, we've just made the move into a big boy bed!!

Marcy was my postpartum doula with second child. I had struggled to breastfeed my first and was determined to do so with my second. Marcy's help and encouragement and advice was what made that possible. I honestly think I would have given up if it wasn't for her help. Her kind, gentle nature makes her absolutely perfect for this!

Did you ever regret not meeting someone earlier? That’s what I have with Marcy. A friend of mine recommend her to us when we started to look pretty tired and desperate after 18 months of broken nights with our first born.

Marcy coached us and set us up with a sleep plan that worked very well for our family. A week later we were finally getting some rest. We had the energy again to enjoy being parents of our beautiful daughter.

The second time around I already reached out to Marcy when I was still pregnant.
I wanted to make sure we weren’t going to have another 18 months of broken nights. She helped me establish a healthy sleep routine and my son learned how to fall asleep on his own so fast. He still is a good sleeper and it has made a world of difference.

Parenting is amazing and at times very challenging. Get all the help you can. Marcy is a great listener with so much experience in supporting parents. Whenever I have questions about sleep challenges I still reach out to her. She always knows the answers to our question and I feel very fortunate to have access to her help.

Working with Marcy was such a gift!  She was so attentive, caring, considerate and thoughtful during our time together.  I had underestimated how challenging and unpredictable my postpartum time was and I was SO GRATEFUL for Marcy's expertise. Not only is she skilled in assisting you with the baby's needs, but she also took care of ME.  Didn't matter if I needed help with feeding or changing my son, or giving me time to have a bath, no job was too big or small for her to handle.  She is patient, loving, and creates a safe space with no judgement.  She was there for me during my laughs (& tears) and my only regret was not booking more time with her.  You will be SO GLAD you did.

Working with Marcy was one of the best early parenting decisions we ever made with both of our children.

Marcy brought calm, support and clarity to me in the throws of all the postpartum highs and lows. First with my son for sleep training (and all of the goodness that comes with everyone getting better quality sleep), and then with my daughter for postpartum support and encouragement. (It is amazing how quickly you forget everything you may have done the first/last time around, so it was really wonderful to have Marcy's guidance to find our way back to all of it.)

Marcy is one of the most genuine, giving, thoughtful people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. She is such a peaceful and understanding presence - listening carefully always. Her empathy and understanding is outstanding - knowing that she 'gets it' provides an incredible peace of mind and support.

Having Marcy come into our home to do whatever I needed in that moment was an incredible experience - whether I wanted to sit and talk while she held my baby, have a nap, or get out for some much needed alone time, she was always ready and willing.

Having been through it myself, I now share the importance of taking good and careful care of a new Mother - she is always giving so much, and in those early days/weeks/months really and truly needs support so that everyone can thrive and enjoy all of the moments that are so fleeting.
