If I had one wish for all new moms, it would be to have an Eden. It is hands-down the best thing my husband and I did for our family. 

Eden started working with us a couple weeks after my baby was born. Those early postpardum days/weeks are like no other... Beautiful, but also trying, emotional and exhausting. Having community, support others around to help is so important. Eden is a wealth of knowledge, with vast hands-on experience. She showed compassion and understanding when I questioned myself, providing feedback and advice with great kindness, but ultimatley, instilling confidence and encouraging me as a mother, to trust my own instincts. Because of Edens guidance and support, I was able to show up for my daughter during those early months in a healthier, more mindful, and present way. For that, I'm extremely grateful. 

I would recommend Eden again and again. Game changer.

 We were lucky enough to bring Eden with us overseas, it was the best decision we made. Eden helped me decide what to pack and actuality pack it, she arrived at our home the day of our trip and helped us load up and ensure we had everything we needed. At the airport she helped with children, and ensured I had everything I needed as a 9 week post partum mother. During the flights she sat close to us and handled snacks, clothes, diapers and was an extra set of hands that we absolutely needed. Once we had arrived, she settled us into our accommodation, then set off to the store to grab everything on our grocery list and brought us back dinner. This allowed our little family time to snuggle in to our new spot without any stress. While there, I decided I wanted to try a hike, we spoke about what it would require and with Eden’s knowledge of the post partum body decided I could handle it. We took turns carrying the baby in the front pack and she helped me when I needed to stop to nurse the baby. Eden carried our water and snack then ensured I was hydrated, fed and comfortable. This was probably my favorite part of our trip looking back. While on our trip she was thoughtful, intuitive and helpful - everything we already knew about how she helped run our home and nurture our family she continued while overseas in a new environment. I will forever be so grateful for Eden and know that if we were to ever have another baby she would be our first phone call to have her come back with our family.

First off, when you decide to hire Eden, know that you are hiring someone who is incredibly professional. She has clear and strong communication skills, and most times is able to anticipate a families needs before they are even asked of her.  With this said, upon arrival to our home she would check in with me and my family, would then prioritize care and tasks in a way that we saw would work best. It is obvious that she has studied and practiced many different care modalities and is able to customize her care secondary to this. The meals she prepares are delicious to the whole family and nutritionally dense for a healing mother. Your home is cared for as if it is her own; for example, there was hardly a trace that she has been in the kitchen except for the yummy smell and the countertop being freshly cleaned and tidy. As for baby care, I can not imagine a more capable, loving and nurturing woman to care for my newborn. She shared her vast knowledge base of infant care when needed, but never did I feel “pushed” in one direction or another. When my baby needed its tongue tie released it was Eden who went with me to the doctors office and held my hand and heart while our sweet son was having the procedure. She was able to help with post tongue tie care and ensure we were making good progress. Eden is incredibly talented and bringing her into your home will be one of the valuable decisions you make after having your sweet baby.

I had the pleasure of having Eden care for me and my son post partum, and WOW what a difference she made!  Not only was Eden warm, gentle, comforting and calming to be around she was also a wealth of knowledge and an amazing resource!  Eden is a gift and helps so much when navigating postpartum and the new born stage.  I can't thank her enough for her help!  She made life possible during a new and challenging time! ?? I'm forever grateful for our families time with her!

Eden was absolutely wonderful to have supporting us at home soon after our baby girl was born. Her knowledge was extremely impressive! My husband and I learned so much during our time with Eden - from feeding positions to different soothing approaches, we picked up many helpful methods.

I would highly recommend Eden as a doula for new parents as well as experienced parents. She is one of the sweetest, most supportive, competent, caring and knowledgeable doulas around. Bringing our little one home was both exciting and overwhelming; thankfully Eden was able to alleviate a lot of that first time parent stress. We absolutely loved having her as our doula!

We recently had the pleasure of working with Eden, and I cannot speak highly enough of the invaluable support she provided during our postpartum journey. From the moment she entered our home, her warm and nurturing presence put us at ease.

Firstly, her expertise and knowledge were evident. She had a deep understanding of the physical and emotional challenges that new parents face. She provided us with evidence-based information on breastfeeding, infant care, and self-care techniques. Her guidance was empowering, enabling us to make informed decisions that best suited our needs and preferences.

She took the time to listen attentively to our concerns and goals, tailoring her support to meet our specific needs. Her approach was flexible, adapting to the ever-changing demands of parenthood. Whether it was assisting with feedings, soothing techniques, or establishing a routine, she was there offering practical solutions and encouragement.

Moreover, her emotional support was exceptional. She provided a safe space for us to express our fears, frustrations, and joys. She actively listened, validating our emotions and offering compassionate guidance. Her non-judgmental and empathetic nature made us feel understood and supported during the emotional rollercoaster of postpartum life.

She effortlessly created a bond with our baby, ensuring their well-being and fostering a calm and secure environment. She skillfully handled newborn care tasks, such as diaper changes, bathing, and soothing techniques, allowing us to get much-needed rest and recovery. Her presence was a source of comfort for both me, my wife and our baby.

In addition to her expert care, she helped with household chores, meal prep, errands or at times just hanging out with our two year old. Her assistance in creating a nurturing and organized home environment greatly reduced my stress levels and enabled me to savor those precious early moments with my little one.

Eden was the greatest investment and gift we didn't know we needed! 

As she described in her interview with us, she does a little bit of everything. When Eden is at our house she would start her time with us checking in and holding space for our feelings, our days and the challenges we were navigating. There were times I felt like Eden became a sister, others where she was an aunt, and others a therapist or loving friend. She cultivated a tender, compassionate container that I didn't know I needed. She also thoughtfully asked questions that deepened my partner and my connection and journey in parenthood together. 

On the days Eden was here our house felt brighter. She has a loving, calm energy that seamlessly fit into our family. She was there, but never overbearing or taking the stage of what was going on. She was always there to fill my water, nourish me with food, meal prep delicious postpartum treats, baby wear my newborn so I could nap. She would lovingly change our bedsheets as often as we needed, keep the laundry on rotation, fold our clothes, and spend time with our toddler and our dogs. 

Eden truly does it all! 

Who she is, the way she cares, her thoughtfulness, her incredible wealth of knowledge, her warmth and her nonjudgmental and encouraging presence was truly such a god send.

If you are considering getting a doula I highly recommend Eden! She is a gem. 

My warning is: you'll never want your time with her to end! We ended up using her for 3 months and wish we could have Eden is our lives everyday, but alas...life moves forward.

Do yourself a favor and reach out to her for a consult! Whether you work with her or she connects you with another trusted provider, you won't regret it!

Eden was magic with our premature baby, and was able to sooth her to sleep longer stretches at night than we could ourselves. She has a super kind and gentle manner, and was so sweet with our baby. I always felt comfortable with her in the house, and confident with her caring for my baby.

Beyond her skill, we also loved when Eden came over because she is just a lovely human. I would have to remind myself to go to sleep because my husband and I really enjoyed hanging out with her.

Eden was a sweet and pricelss additon to our postpartum period. She was not only so helpful with all the home duties such as great cooking, laundry and tydying up but she was of great emotional support for me and such a great listener whenever it came to anything that I felt I needed to have a pair of ears for. She is great with babies and provided me with much assurance about any concerns or worries regarding baby. She was also very engaged with my toddler who needed a lot of attention during this time, so that was a huge plus!

I highly reccomend her for any families that need extra support during postpartum. She has such a sweet presence and is very attuned to your needs without you having to voice it. She is priceless and we will really miss having her around!!

Eden was our postpartum doula for our second baby beginning when she was just a week old. I couldn't recommend her more highly! She served as childcare, cook, therapist, house picker-upper, laundry master, breastfeeding support and all around easer of minds. It was so beneficial for my mental and physical health to pass off babe and know that she was in great hands while I could shower, rest and take some much needed me-time. She offered guidance while also pointing us to specialists if needed and was comfortable navigating the mental and emotional load of the family without judgement. She saw opportunities where she could help out but was also very open to suggestions or directions of what I needed. Our whole family benefitted from her presence!

Having Eden as our post partum doula was in every sense a BLESSING. She is a walking encyclopedia of knowledge that she gives with love, empathy and just in the moment you need it the most. I went through a very strong phase of ' baby bluesI' and Eden helped us get through it reminding us to always  have kindness towards ourselves and each other. I can't imagine surfacing back without her advice and help.

 Eden is so knowledgeable we would ask her not to do laundry or wash dishes, but instead talk to us and share as much as she could! She is worth every penny  and you shouldn't have her for house chores, she is too valuable to have around for those tasks. Our family needed support, tips, confirmation we were doing things right, advice, information and we got that and beyond. Eden brings to your home light, respect, so much love, patience and kindness. We hope we will always have her in our lives somehow.

Eden came in at a time when we really needed some help, she was highly recommended and I totally understand why.  Her reputation proceeds her - she is caring, helpful, kind, and knowledgable.  Not only did she help prep meals, take care of baby, and be a sounding board for sage advice, she truly got me through the fourth trimester in such a better place than I ever could have imagined.  I am a better mom today because of her and am so thankful she was available.  I would absolutely recommend her to anyone!

When I had my third baby, it became very obvious that I needed nighttime help a few days a week in order to function. I put off getting help for a few weeks because I just didn't feel like I would ever be able to trust relax and someone with my newborn at night. My fears were quickly eased when I met Eden. Eden is like a bright shining light to a tired and overwhelmed new mom. She has the most wonderful calm, confident and nurturing energy. She was always an amazing sounding board for me when I wanted to discuss baby's latest stages and development and she gave wonderful, educated and thoughtful advice. Eden is trustworthy, kind and so wonderful with babies. I would recommend her to any new mom to help improve their quality of life and bring some stress relief at a very busy time in life.

Eden has been a fabulous support with postpartum nourishment.  Not only are her meals nutritious, warm, easily digestible and exactly what a new birthing person needs--but Eden's communication and coordination are also enjoyable and professional.  I feel well supported with nourishment (meals and lactation snacks), thanks to Eden's efforts and guidance; and I'm grateful to have been connected with her.

Eden helped us out so much. I highly recommend her to help you too. This time having my 3rd baby has been so much better because of her help! She helped me with breastfeeding problems that would have left me feeling stressed without help. Eden knew exactly what I needed to do to balance the milk supply. Eden helped me to get a shower in, and she would change our bed sheets and make the bed so I could nap with the baby in the room. She would help with dishes and laundry and this has been so helpful as well. She has great advice all around and comes up with solutions to your problems. She gives you the support you need after having a baby. Eden made us a delicious beef stew in our dutch oven, and made a chicken and rice crockpot meal. She made us many meals when I would never have had time to make while breastfeeding all day. Eden also did grocery trips and that was very helpful. She made us rice crispy snacks and breastfeeding bars with oats, peanutbutter and dates that help support the milk supply and even the kids loved them too. Eden's help just really made a difference, and everytime she was over it was a great day!

Eden is an amazing doula. We all loved having her in our home, which is a very intimate space with a newborn. She has such a lovely calm way about her. She was instrumental keeping this nursing mama nourished and rested. She helped with meals and snacks, and even cleaned up the kitchen after dinner so I could could spend time with the baby. My 3 other children loved her presence. Even my dog loved her! Eden is a natural caregiver, extremely smart and well educated and intuitive to a family and baby’s needs. She is an efficient worker while staying so calm. She even helped me sleep train our baby at 4 1/2 months, following the guidelines of my favorite sleep training book. I do not know what we would have done without her!

From the very beginning Eden was straight forward and professional about meeting expectations. She was a savior when my new baby was born. She's extrememly knowledgable about taking care of new babies, new mommas and the household. Once settled in, Eden came and met household needs without being directed. She whipped up snacks and meals for the family and kept our fridge stocked. She made it so I had more time with my new baby and spent less time worrying about the rest of the world whizzing by. That special time with your baby goes by so quick it was truely amazing to have her around. You can thank me later for hiring her now :D
